Democracy is the weak point for India because every politician need vote bank and should support some illegal activities and every election as well as party need fund for election so they should be corrupt for party fund and future election as well as promotion in party.

But in India.
You have to be the graduate to get the ordinary bank job. But if a politician is illiterate still he can become an India's finance minister. All FDI is totally waste to develop future India.

What I think is that good leaders should be the one who knows about problems faced by the people. He should also know how to handle critical situations. He should take strict actions against corrupted peoples. He should solve problems quickly as time is very important.

According to me, we can see our politicians giving illogical manifestos. I think it is we, who have alike mindsets should unite for a better purpose because there would not be fire without a "spark". Let us try to bring a change upto some extent.

How do you expect a leader to be honest when the people themselves are selfish and corrupt. The system as a whole needs a change. In western countries like US, the elected leaders when they prove to be corrupt, people never re-elect him or her.

In our generation most of the people's mind are need only for money. So they people decided to vote for which politicians can giving a high money while in election times. I request all people to choose good leader for our country to improve.
