Necessity of Women Quota Bill for Women Empowerment

Hi, I think reservation for the girls is not necessary. Because in olden days we saw women are able do their job very sincerely we have example: LAXMI BAI, RAJIYA SULTAN, CHAND BB. But only the problem is that no stood up in their favor.

Only problem is mentality of our society and their thinks. Even in olden days even women are do want to support woman capability, they always go through their patriarch. Its the problem that's why woman not able to prove what is really they have. To upgrade their position in society this RESERVATION SYSTEM is takes place.

But now the scenario is getting now the women are stand-up in their feed and their circumferences getting change. They challenge men in every field because they know what they.

But RESERVATION FOR WOMEN it must required in rural area because after study in rural area people don't want allow their girl child to move metro city's. So at that that time it must require that by RESERVATION SYSTEM they get quality job in their native places.

Women give reservation in politics there are following reasons:

According to me, reservation for women is unnecessary. Because reservation is meant for weak people like discriminated people and physically challenged.

My second thing is that women are still behind in education, social status and political affairs. It will be necessary to give reservation to bring them at par with men and increase their strength in state and country-level politics.

It bill is good for following reason:

1) This will bring equality for both sex.

2) To have the pace with world or to lead them it is necessary.

3) Our population of both the sex is valuable. So utilisation of the same will be beneficiary.

4) This will bring legally equality.

5) There is no area remain where opposite sex can not done better.

6) Technology has increased so does the education and so does the empowerment of women.

So to empower the women and to provide respect in our society.

In my point of view, now a days girls are equal to the boys and girls are giving strong competition on education not only education all the aspects. So no need to reservation for girls.

Yes, I agree with the reservation for women but just allocation of certain quota for women bring any change women should also come forward to participate.

As per my opinion. Nowadays a lot of women are participating in social, political activity.

But women quota bill is needed for women empowerment. Women quota bill are provided the vacancies in all sectors for women. Then women are trying to go there. And the number of working women in all sector are increasing and also doing a growth of women.

In my point of view, every girl should study and educate their life and come forward in the society with the same as like male.

They should also want reservations in the government fields.

Urban women needs education in our society.

Rural women needs education in our society and awareness about the society.

Every girl should need reservation about 33% now a days for todays women.

So my request that every girl should need education and come in the society like male.

So, there will be requirement for women quota.

In my point of view, there is no quota need to women empowerment. Because nowadays women are standing in all fields unequal to men while we must have to thing both are equal so, why should dominate men for allocating separate quota for women? If you wish to give empowerment, please give to both together.

In my opinion, only passing the bill will not be the solution to the nowadays problems. Passing the bill with the best attempt for awareness, so that no there should be no chance any women is unaware of this bills. Making aware about the every important rules and protocols of the constitution with the easy understanding will help them.

Passing the bill will motivate and also improve the morale of some women whoever suffered any situations like discrimination's in jobs, gender, salary, etc.

Actually don't give reservation based on the caste and gender only reservation is required for need people become they don't have food every day. In present situation women's also working in all fields equal to gents so they don't need reservation.
