Hi friends.
In my point of view, every girl should study and educate their life and come forward in the society with the same as like male.
They should also want reservations in the government fields.
Urban women needs education in our society.
Rural women needs education in our society and awareness about the society.
Every girl should need reservation about 33% now a days for todays women.
So my request that every girl should need education and come in the society like male.
So, there will be requirement for women quota.

In my opinion reservation for women would only prove that they are weak.
We observe that in every educational institution girls equally compete with the boys and many a time they are better.
Moreover, the reservation some times might do injustice to those men who would actually work better for that position.
What we must concentrate doing is proving education to those in rural areas. If the education to both the genders is equally given, I am sure that there would be equal number of men and women working in the society.

Hello everyone,
Our society suffers from many type of patriarch thinking's. Regarding women/girls is one of them. Reservation has improved situation of SC/ST/OBC drastically. Though now reservation should be on economic basis to give equal opportunities to rich and poor. But women are half of all rich and poor.
Because of patriarch thinking a huge imbalance in male /female ration has been created because of millions of killings of female (girl genocide). A mature person can easily understand the future of our society.

In my opinion quota should be present for women why? Because undoubtedly women today are able to excel in almost all fields of life. Then whether it be banking sector, science or sports, but these are rare cases. Women has the capability bit still the mindset of the society has not changed much.
Still certain elements in the country are pushing the women backwards. To change this mindset it is important that women be given the reservations so that they can get a platform and chance to actually prove themselves.

Hi, everyone.
Reservation is very necessary for women because in Indian tradition women are not treated equally especially in Bihar and Haryana if by reservation women come into the power then they can defiantly change the situation by helping women who are getting exploited by the men because most of the time it was seen man do not treat women equally when they go to administration for their complaint so when women will be in the power they can understand the problem of women in a better way as compared to men.

I strongly oppose on giving quota for women instead I want that political system should be opened to all if any person whether male or female has strong leadership quality he must be allowed to enter into the politics but the condition is that he/she may not involve themselves in corruption and try to fulfill the purpose for which the are appointed.
As in today's world, ever one is equal whether male or female so equal preference should both. Also before appointing them one should check their action in past.

In our society, women empowerment is very necessary, but it cannot be completed by women's quota bill only. Today men and women are equal in every field either in the corporate world or defense or any other. But these girls are courage and educated by their family and society by which they can stand herself. But another hand, In our society, there are many girls, who have not seen even the book are college.
Everyone should treat girls equally, then girls will be educated and empowerment.

In my opinion women reservation should be there as in every field stress work is there so people think that the female candidates will not do these work. So they will try to first select male candidates as they will be having fear of maternity leave some physical matter related leave then how would our work will go smoothly. So if reservation will be their then compulsory they have to select male and female candidates. Though female candidates are now better in every field, reservation should be their.

It bill is good for following reason:
1) This will bring equality for both sex.
2) To have the pace with world or to lead them it is necessary.
3) Our population of both the sex is valuable. So utilisation of the same will be beneficiary.
4) This will bring legally equality.
