Necessity of Women Quota Bill for Women Empowerment

I agree with my friends opinion, but I would like to add some points. I would say yes we need special quota for women empowerment. I'm not talking about those who are skilled enough, who come from rich families and are getting equal opportunity as boys. I am talking about women who comes from rural areas or poor background, we need to provide reservation too along with the education.

I strongly oppose on giving quota for women instead I want that political system should be opened to all if any person whether male or female has strong leadership quality he must be allowed to enter into the politics but the condition is that he/she may not involve themselves in corruption and try to fulfill the purpose for which the are appointed.

As in today's world, ever one is equal whether male or female so equal preference should both. Also before appointing them one should check their action in past.

Myself Nandu first of all thanks for sharing your views in my view women empowerment is not necessary because in present day world women are competing mens in almost all the fields. So it is not necessary to empower them in the place of that we have to provide security to women. Better we should invest in that it would be more helpful.

1. I want to add some points in this regards, I support this bill to pass for the current scenario of taking a forward step to encourage to take part in make India better and better.

2. It is required due to the wrong mindset of people who think men are better than women.

3. On the other hand, it creates some uneasy and inequality things between genders, as our Constitution said that both are equal in every aspect.

4. This uneasy thin can be solved only by education at root level for all. Approve some bills and change the mindset of a new generation.

By giving reservation, we are giving a sense to the world that particular group of people are for what ever reasons are weak and need extra privileges to lead a comfortable life. So if you really want to empower women, don't spoon feed them by providing all sorts of reservation. Instead let them compete and become more and more stronger till they become totally equal to men in every possible sense.

In a country where unemployment is such a big issue, yet another implementation of quota in employment field be like closing doors for the youth of general categories specially. I believe, jobs should be completely based on merit.

Women empowerment is something I believe in, but reservation can be made in the field of education, politics, and more.

According to my point of view there is no necessity for quota bill for women empowerment. In India both girls and boys are equal there is no need of the quota these days. If we want that then there is no women empowerment for sure.

We have to change ourselves and way of thinking this is the only route for the women empowerment and allow them to whatever they want that's what the real empowerment is try to stop this type of discrimination.

In my opinion, Women don't need any reservation.

Those who are really needy may benefit with these polices, but most of the time it is observed that RATHER THAN THE NEEDY it is THOSE WHO MISUSE THEIR RIGHTS. In the end, it is the Meritorious Men whose start falling behind and it grows at the cumulative rate.

In my point of view there is no need that necessity of woman quota bill for women empowerment.

1). Women is also a human being they take breathe also the boys. And they have also right to do as they want in their life.

2). If they have better education & knowledge so they can do well in their life. So I want to say t hose parents who do not send their girls to school.

3). When they are well educated so they don't have need of reservation because they have understanding to overcome with The problems.

4). Now these time no.of rape case and eve teasing case increase with a very high rate so if we all want to uproot these types of problem so firstly we have to corporate by ourselves to the other people.

At the conclusion I want say that girls don't have need of any kind of reservation indifferent -2 fields. But provide good education to them as well as boys in rural areas also.

I think that these kind of bills may make women feel that men are superior in the terms of business whereas they have the equal potential it may harm the woman.
