In my point of view, there is no quota need to women empowerment. Because nowadays women are standing in all fields unequal to men while we must have to thing both are equal so, why should dominate men for allocating separate quota for women? If you wish to give empowerment, please give to both together.

Hello friends,

My name is Sourabh.

I think that there is no need for any separate quota bill passed on women empowerment.

Because there a lots of opportunity for women as well as men. Now a days girls are standing in front of men and participating in all the fields and in fact we can see that their participation is going more than past time. And if any quota bill is passed then a discrimination is generated among a men and a women and the opportunity for men is also lose by them.

So, instead of such bill, government must make strict rules for the selection of qualified people, and start awareness camps on women education etc.

In my point of view reservation on bill on women is a wastage of government resource or wasting of time as well. Because in all the fields the women are getting shine in their field rather than men, and nowadays no parents are discriminating their child as a women or men, they are giving equal rights to men and women in their and we are the only people who are differentiating the gender, it's a unfair thing to me. So it would be better to stop differentiating men and women.

Hi there!

Women have been facing lots of discrimination. Though we all say that men and women are equal in all terms, yet we unknowingly show discrimination. For Eg: If a girl wants to become a pilot, she is pressurized by many people, including the family members, not to become a pilot, because she has to be a women later, has to marry, has to give birth, and then take care of her family and home. It is clearly seen that women discrimination is still happening. The people are still not agreeing with this thing. For women empowerment, women quota bill is necessary and should be imposed.

Hi friends.

Actually don't give reservations based on the caste and gender only reservation is required for need people become they don't have food every day. In present situation women's also working in all fields equal to gents so they don't need reservation.

Well we are talking about equality of men and women in reality women is far behind men if we go through the data we come to know how lowest representation of women in Indian politic. So by giving reservation or passing bill on women reservation its help a lot to women empowerment.

Hi friends.

According to me no need of women reservation. It is wastage of government rule and regulation. Their are two types of women live in India:

1. Rural women who need only education and well respect in society.

2. Urban women who need well education system and safety.

We always say that there is an equality between men and women but today society has changed a lot of things, first thing is that people have to change their mindset so that women can feel safe in this society either in rural area or urban. Then a women can be stabilized their own identity.

There should not be any reservation to solve these kind of problem but the mindset of narrow mind people should have to be changed. There should be a respect of women then women can also prove herself that she has also potential.

But I think women reservation is not useful for urban and rural women I see in many rural area if wife is sarpanch in paper but main work is done through the mood of their husband. She is only for signature. So you give reservation for rural women then it is waste of power through its relative.

Hi friends.

I'm against women quota because today's world is no difference between male and female. In one term we tell women and male are equal and second term we made the women quota and make the difference between male and female.

There is no requirement of women quota. But requirement of women safety in today's women. Because today's is not free for female. They risk froth like rape kidnapped, murder, thieves etc.

So no requirement of women quota. But requirement of women safety.

Hi friends,

I think that these kind of bills may make women feel that men are superior in the terms of business whereas they have the equal potential it may harm the woman.

Hi everyone!

According to me, before deciding to implement this bill, we need to ensure few things because merely passing bills and making new women empowerment laws won't help in our democracy which has a patriarchal mindset.

First, every educated woman should be made aware about this bill. Awareness is really necessary so that women know what are the different policies and acts available for their betterment.

Second, the system needs to provide a conducive and safe environment for their unhindered and unrestricted growth. Unfortunately, we need to do a lot of improvement here.

Third, there should be no gender biasing for salary entitlement.

Fourth, our constitution guarantees right to equality (even in case of job opportunities). There should not be any gender discrimination for hiring professionals in any sector, be it government or private. Equal opportunities and competition should be there for everyone, irrespective of gender.

Fifth, talent and capability should be the sole criteria for any recruitment.

Sixth, educate more and more women.

Last, do away with the stereotypes hindering the progress of the fairer sex.

If this bill turns into law, would augment in women empowerment.

Thanks and regards.
