Men are from Mars; Women are from Venus

Venus was a roman goddess that represented love, beauty, and pleasure. Mars the God of of war, passion, and sexuality. Both planets astrologically have represented natures in both kind of human beings. All human beings are capable of love as well as aggression. However, I do believe that women tend to value the qualities that Venus represents such as love, beauty, and fairness. Men tend to value qualities such as aggression, sexuality, and ruthless ambition. Statistically speaking men are more active in sports than women. Testosterone hormone not only makes both men and women aggressive but also increases muscle which mars also represents. Men produce the most testosterone. Testosterone also increases sexual interest which mars represents and men also has that.

While women are capable of being aggressive, daring, and passionate, men are much more aggressive, passionate, daring, and sexual than women. As far as Venus goes, women tend to enjoy simple pleasures such as chocolates and flowers.

They tend to have anatural appreciation for beauty as well. Estrogen produces a lack of energy and cravings for sugar. Venus has often been affiliated with laziness. While men are capable of being lazy and do appreciate beauty (especially women) women have shown to feel this way more often. Women value equality and fairness, which has also been affiliated with Venus. Men tend to value dominance which is more like mars.

Astrologically the natures of both should be considered for both genders. But the qualities of the planet are just honestly more evident in the respective genders.

I agree with the point that men are from Mars and women are from Venus. If it wasn't that way, there would have been either too aggressive or too caring people on this earth. God has made men and women differently so as to balance both the characteristics. Its true that women are more loving and caring than men and men are more aggressive than women, but at the end of the day, both stand as a pillar of support for each other.

Hi friends according to me, now world has changed. Women began to dominate men. Men has to seek women (ie his wife) to take any decision in a family. If suggestion from women is denied then the situation may become quarrelsome. Most of the women are like this, only some are like traditional women so it had become a common say that women are from venus, which is hot and men are from mars which is cooler than venus.

Sound is good to hear like men's represent the mars and woman is Venus, But in this century we don't accept it as "REAL", because in every where women can easily beats to men so we can't say softly like that -"Women are from Venus", yes but they are not to low compare with anyone. Men's are pamper to his family and do anything for his happiness that doesn't means they are born to war it indicate only that they are protective from their side for his love ones.

First of all I would like to appreciate all of you for registering your congruent views. My view on this topic differs. The topic implicitly means that men and women are always equal. Whatever may be their origin place, both should live in the earth and obviously both have the equal eligibility to live in the earth.

As all of you said, both men and women differ in their characteristics and appearance but it is must to live together and to adjust each other. I would like to mention again there is no difference between men and women at all.

Yes I do agree with my friend, Venus is the symbol of love and beauty like this mars represents the man because mars is all red and vibrant and men are also very strong like mars and they have rigid qualities unlike a woman. A woman is very emotional but men are very practical!

In my point of view both men and women are complement to each other because though a man is bravery and strong he cant leave without a woman and i agree with my friend that women are much matured in their thoughts than men cause they always give inspirations to men

As all of us know,Venus is the second brightest natural object next to moon. It is named after a Roman Goddess.It is a symbol of love and beauty.All these are the inborn characteristics of a Woman. So Woman must have been from Venus!

Yes, I do agree that men are from Mars and women are from Venus. A perspective to look at this simile is that mars is of red color and Venus is of blue color. Red color symbolizes strength bravery and aggression which are often seen in men.

Whereas blue always represent a water like cool patient and peaceful characteristic. Which are predominantly associated with women. So it can be conferred that women are from Venus and men are from Mars both are so very different in their attitudes and characteristics.

Hi Friends. I agree with the statement that Boys are from Venus and girls are from mars. Since the life on Earth has become technological and scientific, so let us think in scientific way.

Lets consider the Universe as the earth. As we know that in Universe there are many galaxies, stars, planets, solar systems and etc stuff. If we compare the stars as humans on the earth, some stars are bright and some are dull. If there would be only bright stars (aggressive nature of boys) then there would be extra energy in the universe. If there would be only dull stars (caring nature of girls) then the universe would be dark. Hence to balance this thing God has created both girls and boys with caring and aggressive nature.
