Management Education in India

Let's start the topic of Management education in India. I think management is the best education in India. Because this education will provide better communication skills and best motivation. Management is very best and important for the economy and our business. Management is a set of principles relating to the functions of planning, organizing, directing and controlling, and the application of these principles in harnessing physical, financial, human, and informational resources efficiently and effectively to achieve organizational goals. Friends, In India there are many B-schools which providing MBA degree. The rush for MBA is actually is the rush for money. Now-a-days , there are many private institutions providing this degree against huge money. In India IIT & IIMs also charging huge money which can't afford by a common people. If the Government of India will participated towards fee structure then many great mind comes to the this field.Many poor students do not have money to buy the Application form for CAT, MAT, XAT. Actually, In India the MBA degree mostly for rich people.

But what I feel is, in India thousands of B-schools have come up in the name of management studies and training , and in reality they are just useless and do not provide any management skills to the students.

There are so many institution being opened in every corner that do not cater to the needs of any student be he an avg or outstanding student. They just know to extract money from us and are a black spot on Indian Management edu.

These kind of worthless institution should be closed down and prevent students from getting into them and spoil future.

Well its known that "MBA" is such a course where you just learn to "save" yourself from different situation and all old techniques.so its abvious that its all depending on that person studying it. If he has some innovative thiking then he can come up with that...or else cant. So degree will be just a piece of paper.. MBA cant teach you new ways to do.. it will teach how to manage your new technology. So basically atleast for this we ppl cant blame INDIA.its all about we people.so "management studies in india is good only"

Hello Every Body, As I know about this platform to express an opinion, Let us put some of things which I was realised during my Services in Indias Best several Management Collages. First of all Students should realised the Importance & Respect towards the Education, Secondly Any governing Body of Management Collage should know the meaning of Management & its Responsibilities, Thirdly I would like to stress on will students get real practical exposure in today's Acdaemic schedule or will they know What exactly Industries are required.

According to my own thoughts management is a structure of the study, business, life etc. Management education provides you tips that how to manage your job/business and increase your company to the top level. How to manage with clients, employees, candidates and boss are also include in this. But it's a theoretical knowledge the real knowledge that how to manage the life or a decision according to thoughts or situation. After the study we manage our job/ business, our house conditions and our environment also I think it's called management.

According to me, all management institution in India has failed to study more important factors such as how to manage work stress, Discipline, Time management and Work-life Balance etc. Because all these things are automatically coming to in any corporate life. So without these points how can be a good manager or organizing any institutions. Even IIM hast to failed to slove these problems so actually what I am saying is reduce theoretical knowledge and spend more time on practical knowledge, be practical. Thank you.

Well if the management education in india is that much better then why are we having only few innovations in India? I agree that institutions in India train people very well for starting their business. But i don't understand why they're failing to train people in a way that they can start some organizations which attract innovators and encourage innovations. why we have number crunchers only even from premium institutions? why aren't we getting organizations like Reliance, TATA again or Google, Apple in india?

I say the number of B-School must be increased without losing the quality of education they provide.And the government has to take some measures so that intelligent students with good score will not drop down because of financial problems, the government has to offer scholarships to continue their studies in B-schools.And the government has to provide better opportunities after their completion of education, so that they will work
for our Nation's development instead of working for other nations.

Management in India had reached a great level. Management education in India has increased through large no of colleges. Now days technology had reach a wonder level, this make student get more interest for studying in India recent years business management has become one of the major higher studies in India. The reason for this is that a good knowledge about this field would change the economic background of an individual rather than the development of the country.
