Hello,

Management according to me is MAN + engagement, which means how well a person can be engaged in particular business or with particular task, or with people effectively.

Management education in India still need to undergo a tremendous change, it is because they lack practical knowledge.

The Management study in India is more focused on theory. Thanks to XYZ College who have various activity to build students personality to face the BAD world.

Now days technology had reach a wonder level, this make student get more interest for studying. Even today an uneducated parents eager to join his/her children to become graduate students in the society. Government has announced many policies to childrens education. This give them more encourage for their studies.

Today management is very essential in this world. The management of India is so not good. Because I think, India is not rich country, there are many different type of people like upper class, middle class, and lower class. So, many of the student hope that they take management course, but lack of price many family don, t admit them in any institute. So I pray that as soon as government take immediate action for management in India.

In my opinion, management education is increasing day by day in form of universities, colleges, in regular or private sector both but not the expect of students. In india where there are lot of colleges open (weekly, daily or monthly)my question comes that are these colleges increase the qualities of student as the expect of best companies in abroad??

Thus we expect that management education will have to improve a lot.

Management education in India has increased through large no of colleges. Dear friends I think that the management education in India is still very costly and out of reach of lower middle class people. Not to talk of IIM's but other lower standards B schools also ask for huge amount of money for studying. And the quality of education given such institutes is not up to the mark when comparing with the money invested.

Every pleasent day for u all.

Today's topic is "Management education in India".

According to my point, India is one among the best for management education. We are having more colleges for management studies that will motivate our teenage people to start a new career in his/her life. Now we can see more peoples are intersted to start a new company. If this rate goes high surely will become a great country.

According to me management education is all about learning Discipline, Dedication and Determination in Corporate World. Management colleges provide such Artificial Environment where one can Practice himself before becoming a Professional in Corporate. The Personalities One must have developed they are Chanda Kochhar, Indra nuvi, Satya Nadella, Sundar Pichai, these are quite example of 3D which had mentioned.

Management education in India has increased through large number of colleges. But how people shine in their life depends on thier own interest. Management study provide opporunties to become enterpreneur. Becoming an enterprenur can improve nation's economy in a great way. Management people can uplift India. Govt should provide loans (or) funds not only for education but also to become enterpreneur.

I am mostly sat with Harshith's view. Yes it is true that we have brighter minds than of any other country in the world. But brighter minds can't alone work ,for development of our economy. We should pack B -school & technology in one hand.compared to other countries we should put great effort in management studies to wholly support technology which is crucial for economic growth.

Management education is not well organised compare to other develop countries. I think government should take necessary steps in providing information about this institutes and should regulate fees structure of the bschools which do take hefty fees but cant provide jobs to their student.

Government should try to increase IIMs in india so that many students can study mba from there.
