Well according to me, patent rights are very good for developing country like India. It is just like a reward foe the one who invests his money, mind, creativity, potential on researching. It also encourages others to develop new ideas n creates something out of the box. Patents prevent the developers from being exploited.

What if the patent is done indeed and the non government organisations like NIF, GIAN, Shrusti. Do not put a step forward for the products that will make India a good, pollution free, corruption free country. According to my perspective shame on the government of India if they do not take corrective measures about this.

Patents bills in India is very important. As India is a democratic country, with a huge population. As its said per head different thoughts. Each individual would be able to express his ideas. There would be no communism.
But on the other hand as India also ranks in corruption, so the thoughts can be bought and sold.

Hello,
In my point of view its definitely good to India because many of the companies like pharma invest a lot of money to carry out research to develop a new drug into market. To get back the invested amount in research patents are required. It also encourages the research to be carried out in India.

Yes it is very important to patenting to recognise the talent of any individual and to give birth to new inventions and to develop our country and to make it as developed country. And it also have some disadvantages as a new invention it may be expansive which is not available for common man.

It is good for developing country like as India because every person want to give new thing in any field but second component is here, hybrid seeds is not good for farmers because these seeds decrease the fertility of field so use of new patent before briefly think about two component.

On having a look over all the comments I strongly support patent bill, which helps for the development of the country not only INDIA.
Patent bill creates an awareness on the things developed in our country and they realise their need to develop the further part for their country.

I am totally agree with this as if a person is innovative , government should give them a chance to prove themselves , also by this India will step forward towards development. Foreign currency will also be increased in India that is you all know is very useful.
