Is the Patents Bill Good for India?

IT is very important to appreciate peoples for their work, they will be motivate with that and a confidence in him builds up and next time he will do better and best than the previous. So, patents bill are very necessary.

Yes Ofcourse, India as a developing Country its every individual's responsibility to develop our nation. If patients were given, then this will encourage every everyone to think different and invent something so that they get recognized and get our nation get recognized. Most of the inventions started just by thinking differently.

In my point of view patent is two edged sword.

In terms of technology patent bill can be allowed in India. In India many people are having creative skills and they may use their skills to upgrade the existing technology.

But when we consider the scenario in biological means, they are developing hybrid varieties of plants which would yield more but they are many side effects.

Because of this many new diseases are coming into existence.

When farmers use those seeds for cultivation they may get more yield that year but they cannot use those seeds next year. They have to buy seeds again so I think the patent bills are not good for India in this aspect.

It is good for developing country like as India because every person want to give new thing in any field but second component is here, hybrid seeds is not good for farmers because these seeds decrease the fertility of field so use of new patent before briefly think about two component.

Patent bill is not only good but a very important tool for technical and biological development of a country. Talking about India Its people don't have enough exposure to the technology. Some hidden hidden talents remain hidden because of less sources available to them. Moreover they have to earn bread and butter for their livelihood too. So, Indian government should also some patents to help such people. But use of chemicals is contaminating our resources so there should be strict laws for that.

Yes it is very important to patenting to recognise the talent of any individual and to give birth to new inventions and to develop our country and to make it as developed country. And it also have some disadvantages as a new invention it may be expansive which is not available for common man.

Patent law is really good for India.

India is a Young country filled with talented people who really want to do something creative, innovate and turn the tables on the west.

However one major hindrance in this field was the absence of a law protecting and recognizing the original work of the Indian inventors and innovators.

So the Patent Bill can be termed as the need of the hour which will protect and recognize the Indian creators and this in turn will provide enthusiasm to the tired research sector and will give Indian innovators something to live and aim for.

As a developing country patent bill is good for India because every invention is a valuable and important for the research. As of me patent is must, may be the for the basic inventions patents is not needed! Due to unknown info of patent we lost many thing or else today we would have been the patent owner of turmeric instead germany.

If patent bill is not there, only businesses will grow and business people will simply steal inventions and get benefited by developing it into a product and selling it in market. Patent Bill is really a good idea for Country like India as a developing Nation.

Where people who are born poor with good brains invent something good but the same is utilized by someone who is more rich and powerful from the guy who invented the same. Sometimes the Ideas are used on Negative approaches which are many times resulting a loss to the Countries Economy.

Patent Bill can stop this kind of Negative approaches and help in implementing the ideas on a good hope, good way they are made for resulting to a name and fame to the inventor of the Idea.
