I agree to the point as patent will not just give the benefit of technology and innovation protection but also contribute to the countries growth in the form of earning revenue by giving a sol omen right to produce the product or service, where it will help one to have a brand loyalty and allows companies to have a competitive advantage to introduce more innovative technology by motivating patents.

As a developing country patent bill is good for India because every invention is a valuable and important for the research. As of me patent is must, may be the for the basic inventions patents is not needed! Due to unknown info of patent we lost many thing or else today we would have been the patent owner of turmeric instead germany.

Yes the patent bill might be good to country & the world as well but it has several side-effects on the developing nations. Developing nations lack funds 2 carry out research on their traditional knowledge. Developed nation with their capital research traditional knowledge of a developing nation & then commercially exploit it by taking a patent based on that traditional knowledge.

Patent is a neccessary law as it can not only give an individual but his/her country by the development done by that person.So if the goverment awares all the citizen by some campaign about the importance of this law our country can produce many gems because many a time due lack of knowledge about a n individual development can be copied by other and the other will take the fame for it.

According my point of view Patent bill is good for India. As it encourages inventor to discover or invent new things in medicine. It helps poor student to show their talent through new invention as well as remove various critical disease of human being. The duplicate medicine can be easily identified. But for poor people the govt of India should make relaxation in patent bills.

If patent bill is not there, only businesses will grow and business people will simply steal inventions and get benefited by developing it into a product and selling it in market. But if patent bill is there, inventions will grow. Even the people who want to do business with somebody's invention will think a lot to make changes and invent a new idea to develop a new product.

If patients were given, then this will encourage every everyone to think different and invent something so that they get recognized and get our nation get recognized. In my point of view patent right is very important for India because India is a developing country. If we want development in India and creates activity and invention etc. But we should not take one side of patent right in India we should discuss the other side like what is the demerit of patent right in India.

I agree with the what Mr. Debdatta has said, the patent should be given to the inventor for his Invention. Many people who are in the remote parts of the country are inventing many things but they are not getting limelight for their inventions. So there should be a committee or forum which is useful for extract the hidden talents which helps becoming India a super power.

According to me the patent bill is a good idea for developing country like India. Because if somebody spends their money, idea, creativity to developed any invention which helpful for India so the person should get the reward for this. It also helps to create something new which is beneficial for us. This automatically indirectly help to the development of our country.
