Patent basically done to put an end on the cheating by others by making same kind of product in size, shape, design. Getting it aptent the product tends to remain with the person. He b sole owner of the product either if he wnats to sell itz patents right he can. So patent is positive devlepoment shuld b there. N provide some kind of prove that product belongs to a person n can hav all the benefits somay arise with it.

As a developing country patent bill is good for India because every invention is a valuable and important for the research. As of me patent is must, may be the for the basic inventions patents is not needed! Due to unknown info of patent we lost many thing or else today we would have been the patent owner of turmeric instead germany.

Conclusion:.

Patent right is must for developing countries.

Hi every one.

Patent bill is a very good for the India, as patent act provides the security for inventor, motivate by giving rewards in the form of benefits. It's a need of human being/nation whether it is in the form of money or publicity of brand. In case of patenting necessary things like medicine in Indian patent act their is provision that no one can patent medicine which will going to use for life threading diseases and government have right to off patent any medicine in emergency situations. So in conclusion patent bill is need to encourage researchers in R&D sector in India in turn to increase the financial involvement by government.

India is a developing country. When we talk about patents is vital in India the real owner must get out of the full benefit of his product and it is like an award for the owner, for 20 years he can make use of patent rights without his permission nobody can receive. It is vital to the developing country. To a common man initial invest may be little more too expensive, but it is advantageous for him to use his own patent right and he can earn maximum profit without any violation.

According to me the patent bill is a good idea for developing country like India. Because if somebody spends their money, idea, creativity to developed any invention which helpful for India so the person should get the reward for this. It also helps to create something new which is beneficial for us. This automatically indirectly help to the development of our country.

Hi Friends, According to me patent bill is really a good of India. We know Indians have very brilliant mind. They always try to invent new things and they also do that. Patent bill help them to encourage their talent. But care should be taken. Because some times they will take disadvantage for their invention. So government should be take care in this direction. Government Will see everyone will take advantage of new invention.

It is good for any budding talent and will promote entrepreneurship. Which is what any densely populated and developing country like India will need. But government must also see that it doesn't leads to any form of black marketing. 1 IDEA from my side "it should be allowed to be produced by others with some amount of profits to be paid to its respective entrepreneur" this will avoid monopoly and the deserving will get its due credit.
