In my point of view paper less work necessary but not every where. It is true that we store our data in computer but it is not necessary that it may be safe so whenever its required we use other wise we do not. If we use paperless work so it may be profit we will get such as we save more trees.

Certainly, it is a reality. Because this is a digital world, in which there is no role for papers. The offices with full of records, books and papers became history. Nowadays computers started to rule the world. Then what is the need of papers? I think all the HARD COPIES will turn to SOFT COPIES in near future.

We may think tat by using computers we can store any type of datas and it is easy too, then why is the need of papers. But i think so it's absolutely wrong. because even we get some problems in computers but definetly not with our paper records...

Hello! everyone,

I agree with a paperless office is possible. Though it saves more trees, It will give rise to more technologies. If technologies are grown then more hardware should be made to make the paperless office in all over the world. Then it will cause one problem E-waste. It will not be destroyed. So we have to use papers in office but we can reduce it usage to save the number of trees.

Hello Everyone.

In my point of view, paperless documentation is always not acceptable, why because so many fake documents can be created by computers but not by humans, fake documents may mislead society in a corrupted way. If it is paperless illiterate people can't find a way to clear the problem, they need to depend on some other. We can file important documents on a computer instead of making it completely paperless.

Yes, it is possible. The main purpose for initiating paperless office is for saving our precious time.

Every idea will have some disadvantages, without disadvantages there are no ideas. So we should try to initiate it. The ratio of advantage is high for this idea.

Hi, Everyone.

As part of the ongoing discussion, I would like to contribute some points.

I agree with the statement "Paperless office are reality".

As we are moving into the different phase of life the technology is improving at vast ends.

- It has eradicated the traditional paper records.

- Quick and easy access to data which was stored in flocks of sheets.

- Both time and energy of the end user are saved as they do not struggle between paperwork.

Above many advantages, it also has drawbacks which are evitable when proper measures are practiced.

- Hack on data which can leak company confidential information.

- Loss of data when no proper backup is taken.

Thank you.
