Hi Guys,
No, It is not fair to spare political parties from income tax investigation.
There is a low that is same for all people whether they belong from the political party or any big group. We all know the resources of the political parties from where they collect funds etc. And during that collection, they do some illegal activities which are enduring that time.
If income tax department tries to ask some things regarding that fund at all so is fair because then we can reduce that tolerance which is harmful to the society. When we talk about political parties it means we are talking about leaders of our country and their leadership so if they do some harmful activities so they give bad impression before the society. Black money is a big issue in front of us because that becomes a major drawback in developing the country. If we want to develop our country even gradually so we must take some strict decision against it. When tax amount comes in a big form of money then that money becomes very useful for the society and gives a rise to the development. There are different-2 kinds of departments before the government and they receive their monthly salary from that amount not only this but also many other things take place to go with the help of the money. So we can consider over here the importance of the tax.
In conclusion, I would say that tax amount is the breath of the government sectors without it government sectors and other things can not imagine to alive so it must fair to follow this particular low.
Thanks.

It's a big no from my side. The most important reason of demonetization is black money which is firmly held by the political parties. So they never should be spared.

It is not fair to spare political parties from income tax investigation because every institution, individual are treated equally under the law and political parties also treated equally, the investigation is compulsory to make the country transparent and to know how much black money is hidden with every individual. At the time of elections, political leaders spend lots of black money to increase their rate of voting. This leads to illegal elections and people cannot elect their right and correct leader. By investigation transparency of currency and accountability can be ensured and black money can be ruined this leads to the development of the country.
Thank you.
Thank you.

In my point of view, the rules and regulations are same for every person. Some time ago I read in news paper if the income tax department will make top list of black money holder 75% above people will come in that list. So investigation should be done for the all the political parties without any interfaces. Without doing this we can't remove problem of black money.

According to law, each and every person have their own property or provident fund should come under the taxation because most of people are used to keep link with the politics. Nowadays it is the simplest way to convert the black money to white. So it should bound all political parties shows their annual income and source of income. All should maintain a database of their income as well as receipt. And the persons who give the money to various parties like Chanda. The should maintain a maximum amount.

Hi guys,
I am Akash and yes it is not fair too spare political parties from income tax investigation, why does politics attract many people because of power and luxury. If the money will become transparent too all people then luxury will end from politics which leaves the political party with power which can be used by vision and enthusiastic person who really want change. So no it is not fair to spare political parties from income tax investigation.

No, it's not fair at all because common people have a right to know about the political party because we elect them for the sake of our country. So we should know that if they are doing any bad work or involved in corruption are they having a black money or not because it is the matter of our motherland we can not afford wrong people to take the charge of our country's development.
