According to me, yes, the Indian government is ready for EV but it all lies on the people who are gonna by it.
It takes time for them to recognize. As it has good things such as Eco-friendly and less Maintenance but people offer to buy a car that travels fast. And they prefer to be at the time. They need not like wast time in charge.

Yes, it's right time for India to develop EV as we all know Price of petrol and diesel is increasing day by day and we have no control on it so why to depend on other countries, Develop EV station to charge it and India is surplus in electricity and solar energy. It will make us get rid of pollution, noise and global warming etc.

The electric vehicle is very useful for us. Because this time petrol and diesel are very costly and remains very few in quantity. It produces smoke in our environment, So I prefer electric vehicles. The electric vehicle has a problem that we have very few charging points. We want a lot of charging points on the main road.

Yes, India is not yet ready to produce Electric vehicle but in future we may use the e -vehicle. Electric vehicle reduces the sound pollution as well as Air pollution. Now people are slightly using E-vehicle and price is also quite good and its weight also very less.

I think India need a high performance electric vehicles as here in India vehicles having off-road feature is very essential, as we all are aware of roads here. So, I think we just not need a simple electric vehicle but at the same time, we need an e-car not to show off other. We need it to make our life reliable.

For the high heavy load, the application is not working properly right now, the India industry needs to improve its technology in an electric car to carry a heavy load.
Otherwise for the low load condition is the best solution and control the pollution.

Yes, Definitely India is ready for EV, Almost all major Automobile player launched there EV vehicles and which is positive think towards government current policies, now further Electric charging stations also increased with demand the only challenge is battery prices which increase overall vehicle cost.

2. No manufacturing company in India as per EV.

Yes, I think India is ready for EV because the pollution in the metro cities is increasing day by day. The price of petrol and diesel is increasing day by day and for this, we have to use EV. As my friend said that charging station is required so the government is planning for this.
