Is an MBA necessary to succeed in life?

If you don't know how to manage people and how to manage various work your degree is waste. MBA is teach all about managing all resources.

You will get success in life or not doesn't depend on whether you have MBA degree or not. It is a journey which can lead to success but there are many roads of success so according to me cannot call it necessity because it is one of the roads of success not only the one.

I have completed MBA. But my point of view, I'm not Agree with MBA is not necessary for succeed in life. Most of the successful the people have not certify on MBA. But they are the roll models for us. And many MNC Company CEO's are not MBA's. But MBA is Important for to know the organizing, planning, directing and controlling the people in the work. Even when your studying the MBA To get the Knowledge for how the organization will work and how to compete with the Competitors, and it's dependence up on their interest. Comparing with engineering MBA is "EVERGREEN" Every time we get the job there is no rescission on MBA's Now days many of them prefer for MBA.

Hi, I am MBA Graduate, as my point of view, MBA is not everything in life because as we are seeing every successful persons are not MBAs, so MBA is not everything, there are much more things to learn from our experience to be successful in our life.

Hi! I am Sovasisshya, in my point of view MBA is not require for the betterment of our life. Yes we can say MBA is require to gain more knowledge about how to deal with the upcoming challenges of business and to know about organizational planning and controlling. For example if we see any IS and OS officer not having MBA certificate only they are graduates.

I reads some threads before written this most of persons and I am also agree at this MBA is not necessary for success in life. You know this today life lot of person are Educated and process. But in lots person only those people are success. Who do hard work and keep knowledge about them.

Why only MBA? BBA and MBA are having the same subjects/topics etc, 90% to 95% course is same, and peoples mindset is like if you don't have an MBA degree with you then you won't be successful in any other tasks/things you do which are different from business of management field.

Is MBA really a path towards success, can't a person have interest in other field and make their life successful by achieving a lot more in the professions or fields of their interest. One needs hard work, determination, perseverance, dedication, will power and a lot of interest for the profession or field of their choice.

No, I don't think MBA is necessary to succeed in life. MBA is good for knowledge. MBA will polish your skills in business, will make you active, help you participate in group discussions and overcome your flaws but it is not necessary to succeed in life. One can be successful with other degrees also if he/she have a good knowledge in their field.

Today's era most of the engineers do MBA only because of not getting success as per their desire. They've created market by themselves. Any person can become a well shine in life, when he/she does the things which he likes in is life. By having management skills tells better how to grasp the profit. Right so its really beneficial to have an MBA.

Yeah according to my point of view, MBA is highly useful for the young minds who are interested in starting up their business. It teaches the students how to over come the hurdles and obstacles during crisis situation.
