Is an MBA necessary to succeed in life?

If one want to success in life, then love to work. Because if you pursuing MBA just for money and success, and you actually don't want to do it, then it is worthless. One saying is its good to be a good poet than a bad engineer.

I believe whether you look forward to strengthening your ground in the area of entrepreneurship or have your goal well focused on escalating the corporate rung, it is important that you go for an MBA degree.

MBA degree will help you get an insight into the tricks &acumen necessary for competent handling of business and segments constituting it. You may be wonderfully knowledgeable, but an MBA program relevant to your field of operation will help sharpen your managerial skills & soft skills necessary for man management.

To go by the current employment details, according to a recently taken you. S based statistics, 76% of MBA graduates were recruited in three months time of completion. The data pertains to 2010, but the preceding year saw recruitment to the tune of 71%. The differential speaks volumes about the relation between the priceless degree and its current relevance.

Why only MBA? BBA and MBA are having the same subjects/topics etc, 90% to 95% course is same, and peoples mindset is like if you don't have an MBA degree with you then you won't be successful in any other tasks/things you do which are different from business of management field.

Is MBA really a path towards success, can't a person have interest in other field and make their life successful by achieving a lot more in the professions or fields of their interest. One needs hard work, determination, perseverance, dedication, will power and a lot of interest for the profession or field of their choice.

Every degree has some importance in their field. That contain lots of knowledge and many more things that can be helpful in the real corporate world. But to be successful, It can be important but it is not necessary.

MBA is totally related to the market, for the market you should have an idea that can solve the problems of the customer by which you can make money that's it. You should have knowledge of fieldwork, market research. No another degree is required.

In my view of point MBA is important because it gives opportunity not only for commerce background it is wide opened any fields it may be science or arts stream can do MBA. In current norms have created MBA trend and good package of salary not only salary but also opportunities like foreign exchange and you will be well verse in one management.

In my point of view,

MBA helps to remove your stage-fear and hesitation because some peoples are so introverted in nature just like me.

It enhance your skills ability also. It also helps to improve your communication skills, attitude and behaviour.

MBA is not just a degree and also it's not all about the packages or salary.

If you've some leadership skills then you can definitely go with the MBA. It also helps to learn how to manage the work in difficult condition or in under-pressure when you're working within the organization.

It shows how to give respect and can make better relationship with the customers. By using these type of qualities and features, you had never be disappointed with yourself.

As somebody said going to college n having experienced faculty is very important. As I said above it is very much necessary to understand not only MBA subjects of your choice, you need to learn country and people. This will help when you join common clubs like rotary or lions. You need to explore n exploit library for printed media and for latest submissions of seniors by way of part of assignments. What is world thinking in your country thinking? This Santunu from my point of view MBA is not necessary but it has some importance. This is the place where a person can know everything relating to business and a person who are not aware of any business they can know the theoretical and practical knowledge of the business. It will improve the attitude and behavior and business communication skill of a person. Whoever in this world are successful businessmen they all are following the business profession, they may not follow initially or directly but somehow they are following indirectly. Here, at last, I can conclude that a business and business course are correlated to each other.

Every degree has its own importance. If a person is opting for MBA just to get a 6 digit salary or more, then it's worthless. And if someone is really having a keen interest in MBA, then he/she must go for it. Undoubtedly, MBA will not only give you a master degree but also boost your confidence, will bring a positive attitude, enhance and develop your communication skills and business skills, removes stage fear etc. You will also learn to manage the work as well as money. So it's always advisable to go for MBA after your graduation. But going for MBA just for salary is stultification. Because you can also get a salary which is decent enough through your graduation degree.

So the famous saying "Investment in knowledge always pays the best interest" there's nothing on target to go for MBA because it will surely help you get success in life.
