Hi Friends,
The person who wants to do MBA should first ask himself a question "Is it a career need or more of an infatuation of being an MBA?" By answering this you can identify whether an MBA is really worth it for you or not. In case if you are not aware of such a basic question then an MBA degree would be fruitless.
Doing an MBA is a challenging task, you need to estimate whether you really need one and are capable of the same.

In my perception, even common man also plan their career without educational qualification there are so many people succeed their life very much but MBA gives right structure to the becoming entrepreneur everyone can plan their daily activities but the implementation of activities is very important. In MBA we learnt about KSA and learning skills etc.
So, that it helps a lot to increase our career levels.

Coming to my point of view now a days MBA are requires many companies to done business operation because companies are know post graduation students are has some knowledge about companies motto to run business in a successive manner & also know the targets of the companies So MBA are place an important role in present marketing.

This is very important topic to discuss themselves. I want to support, very people should at least one degree which gives them more power and recommend to achieve anything which they want to achieve. N0 No, it is dependent on you and what is presently going in your field. It doesn't mean that everyone will do MBA to get success. I am seeing that people of 35, 40 years of age doing MBA just to increase their salary. I want to say that "education doesn't mean filling the bucket but give the bucket's water to your surroundings". The education is not only related to MBA, we can also choose some other courses to get success.

I have completed my MBA WITH Marketing & finance as my specialization in 2013 but I don't think that it is a good option. It would be only good when you do it from IIM or from a reputed college otherwise it very difficult to get placed in a reputed company. If you really want to make a career in MBA field do it from A grade college otherwise drop the idea of doing MBA because it is just only wasting your money.

I am also pursuing MBA from ITS college Mohannagar (Gzb). I think MBA with Finance in major and Marketing in minor specialization has very good career options.

Hi, friends. In my point of view, every degree has its own importance so if you want to make your career in this field, you can definitely pursue MBA but it would not good to say that MBA makes the person confident. Nobody can make the person confident, only the person himself create the confidence. So I would say, MBA is not necessary but only important to those who wants to makes money in this field.
