Is an MBA necessary to succeed in life?

Hi, I don't think that MBA is necessary to succeed in life. MBA adds value to our knowledge about business and it doesn't mean it is necessary because there are individuals without MBA staying very successful in life. And I think if one has strong intension or passion he can succeed.

Firstly, I want to know is there is any mark or any limit to success to which we can say yes this is end now he had to gain all success, there is different meaning or say diff. The level of success to everyone. First, think in your mind when you call yourself a successful when you are able to buy a Mercedes or BMW or when you become eligible enough and able to serve your family on your own and led a luxurious life. If you earned a lot of money in future and then someone asks you what you have done, I will do the same (study or your field) then is there any security he will also able to earn money like you? MBA or any other degree is a backup which you can use to get some job in a company or anything to earn your living.

Success does n't say I will come after two years or five years, it will come on their own, you should just continue your efforts or keep trying to achieve your goal. Its depends upon you what you can do and how you can do to gain YOUR success.

Today illiterate and literate are both rich or successful.

Basically, MBA is a postgraduate administration degree which is referred to holistic approach about the domestic market as well as global market.

MBA is a technical degree which sharpens our skills and knowledge. It's not necessary that you succeed in your life but it is obvious that MBA degree will enhance your income as well as learning skills. So, it is not necessary.

Secondly, we can take an example of ratan tata he is not an MBA. But he is very successful business owners. We can take an example of Bollywood actor like Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Sachin, Virat Kohli and so of which are very successful in his career. So finally I believe that MBA. Is not necessary for succeed in life.

Well if we talk about successful entrepreneurs and other leading managers then we will see they barely have any masters degree in any management and business courses, hence for running a business and to be a leader attaining an MBA degree is not so important. Leadership, Management is charismatic, though pedagogy can help you to learn it by experience and applying practical knowledge and that is why we do have MBA degrees. MBA is not only a degree but a chance from ample opportunities to grow and boom your inner sight. Though MBA isn't important to succeed in life yet I would say that it plays an integral part in the development and growth of one's self-esteem and knowledge.

MBA is not a must thing to attain success in life but I'm sure there will be the difference between people who got success in life with MBA and MBA. Only the MBA could find tactics to be the success in life in a systematic manner and those people see everything as the business it would be stuck in the minds and heart of MBA's even during their college life. So to have a successful business life MBA is the best and better option for you.

No, I don't think MBA is necessary to succeed in life. MBA is good for knowledge. MBA will polish your skills in business, will make you active, help you participate in group discussions and overcome your flaws but it is not necessary to succeed in life. One can be successful with other degrees also if he/she have a good knowledge in their field.

Myself Sagar From Nashik Maharashtra I was passed my MBA in 2013 and running 3 business successfully and I know MBA don't make you Confident or Smart but it improve your skills.

The problem is with education System, Marks, Percentage, Averages.

In my point of view, every degree has its own importance so if you want to make your career in this field, you can definitely pursue MBA but it would not good to say that MBA makes the person confident. Nobody can make the person confident, only the person himself create the confidence. So I would say, MBA is not necessary but only important to those who wants to makes money in this field.

Every degree has its own importance. If a person is opting for MBA just to get a 6 digit salary or more, then it's worthless. And if someone is really having a keen interest in MBA, then he/she must go for it. Undoubtedly, MBA will not only give you a master degree but also boost your confidence, will bring a positive attitude, enhance and develop your communication skills and business skills, removes stage fear etc. You will also learn to manage the work as well as money. So it's always advisable to go for MBA after your graduation. But going for MBA just for salary is stultification. Because you can also get a salary which is decent enough through your graduation degree.

So the famous saying "Investment in knowledge always pays the best interest" there's nothing on target to go for MBA because it will surely help you get success in life.

This Santunu from my point of view MBA is not necessary but it has some importance. This is the place where a person can know everything relating to business and a person who are not aware of any business they can know the theoretical and practical knowledge of the business. It will improve the attitude and behavior and business communication skill of a person. Whoever in this world are successful businessmen they all are following the business profession, they may not follow initially or directly but somehow they are following indirectly. Here, at last, I can conclude that a business and business course are correlated to each other.
