Is an MBA necessary to succeed in life?

Firstly, I want to know is there is any mark or any limit to success to which we can say yes this is end now he had to gain all success, there is different meaning or say diff. The level of success to everyone. First, think in your mind when you call yourself a successful when you are able to buy a Mercedes or BMW or when you become eligible enough and able to serve your family on your own and led a luxurious life. If you earned a lot of money in future and then someone asks you what you have done, I will do the same (study or your field) then is there any security he will also able to earn money like you? MBA or any other degree is a backup which you can use to get some job in a company or anything to earn your living.

Success does n't say I will come after two years or five years, it will come on their own, you should just continue your efforts or keep trying to achieve your goal. Its depends upon you what you can do and how you can do to gain YOUR success.

Today illiterate and literate are both rich or successful.

If a person wants to be a successful person in managerial field MBA is mandatory since it accelerates his career growth. But only with the MBA, we cannot succeed in life because in order to be a successful person in life we need to succeed in both the family life and professional life. Through MBA we get a lot of exposure, MBA helps in developing our attitude, skills etc which have a major impact in our personal life thereby using all these benefits in an optimistic manner in our both personal and professional life ultimately we can succeed in life!

In my perception, even common man also plan their career without educational qualification there are so many people succeed their life very much but MBA gives right structure to the becoming entrepreneur everyone can plan their daily activities but the implementation of activities is very important. In MBA we learnt about KSA and learning skills etc.

So, that it helps a lot to increase our career levels.

Myself Sagar From Nashik Maharashtra I was passed my MBA in 2013 and running 3 business successfully and I know MBA don't make you Confident or Smart but it improve your skills.

The problem is with education System, Marks, Percentage, Averages.

In my opinion, an MBA is not necessary to succeed in life. It's our passion, self-determination and our confidence that really matters for our success. Our world is full of such examples when people succeed without an MBA. One of them is my father who became a successful businessman without MBA. He did it because of his self-determination.

Good evening. I don't think so MBA is necessary to succeed in life. It is a post graduation course which increases our communication skills, makes us more smart field and makes us more confident but that doesn't mean that one can not achieve success by not doing MBA.

I will not agree that MBA is necessary to succeed in life. It is only one of the chances to succeed in life through MBA. Our success only depends on our hard work and interest in that field that we choose.

N0 No, it is dependent on you and what is presently going in your field. It doesn't mean that everyone will do MBA to get success. I am seeing that people of 35, 40 years of age doing MBA just to increase their salary. I want to say that "education doesn't mean filling the bucket but give the bucket's water to your surroundings". The education is not only related to MBA, we can also choose some other courses to get success.

As per my opinion MBA is very important, if you want to be in corporate and get success in corporate. Without MBA you can't grow at the highest level. MBA is the key of success and it gives you better opportunities to grow.

Today's era most of the engineers do MBA only because of not getting success as per their desire. MBA gives them an opportunities to grow in life, during MBA study you will find that you are more knowledge in corporate and it polish your personality and makes you feel master in business world. It gives you ability to think out of the box and manage the people in the organization. Managing people in the organization is very important once you will be at the managerial level you need to have work with your team so the managing your employee is very important.

So ultimate MBA is very professional work which enhance your skills and knowledge.

In my point of view, success is not a destination but a journey. Definition of success may vary from person to person but in general term success is accomplishment of aim or goal, whatever goal he wants to achieve it may be safety, social need, psychological need or something else.

Coming to the point, MBA is necessary to succeed in life. My answer is no because having MBA will only the way to run smoothly a company but again it is not only one way to know how of company should run. A company may run by any person but an MBA degree holder gives a better result then any casual person, but again he can't give surety of success of a company then how can we assume that it is necessary to succeed in life. Yes, of course the way of thinking and personality, problem solving attitude of MBA degree holder what he have gained help them to achieve success in life but it is not necessary for success.
