Is an MBA necessary to succeed in life?

MBA as a degree is not necessary for one's life. But for a person who needs to be successful in his/her entrepreneurship, I think MBA is quite necessary as it includes finance, banking, human resource, tax and many other important skills that a prospective entrepreneur needs. The view about MBA changes from one person to the other.

My opinion is, it depends on person to person if a person who makes his/her career in banking and finance it must to do MBA because it is a tool to succeed in life and other things, if other people want to become a doctor, engineer, actor, lawyer, etc they not need to did MBA.

Mba is a master degree it is important because nowadays most of the company preferred MBA people.

Some of the people give examples in this group Modi not done MBA and he is successful.

In this case, my opinion is why Modi needs to do MBA he is politicians, not a business tycoon.

MBA, being a master's degree gives you an edge over others in not only the field that you are in but also in the managerial as well as in leadership skills.

The definition of success varies from person to person.

So, for a candidate whose aim has always been to be a part of the business in any way, yes MBA is necessary to succeed in life, else after a couple of years, he might find himself stuck in the corporate ladder.

And Virat Kohli also he doesn't know MBA but he succeeded in his life, these kinds of examples we can apply here, so MBA is not necessary to succeed in life.

But it helps to get a good job, become a good entrepreneur in their life.

3. Uniformity.
