Good Morning everyone,

I'm Soniya. I would like to take the opportunity to start the discussion about the given topic " Is an MBA necessary to succeed? "

In my opinion, it depends on person to person. An individual's surroundings, experience, and level of education matter. If a person is new in the commerce field or wants to enter in business field he must pursue an MBA. Because it will give him exposure to the business world from basic to advanced. It can give direction. One can adapt himself to a professional environment and inculcate the habits of a successful person. And if I talked about being successful, there is no defined limit or definition of being successful.

Hi friends, though everyone shared their views but in my point of view we can gain more knowledge through masters degree. Not even an MBA although all the masters degree will guide a person in good carrier. Whenever we study more we can extract many types of new things so MBA is a good opportunity for you to attain success in life. A person should to be full-fledged and to show keen interests while doing masters degree, then he/she will be a good achiever in life.

I do not think so, that MBA is important for succeeding in life. MBA gives you an environment where you can interact with people having growth mindset, but it does not means that MBA is the must for Success.

Well doing a MBA will obviously give you an edge in your career but even if you don't have MBA degree still you can make it.

Hello everyone.

I am Rajesh.

Yes, an MBA is necessary to succeed in life. MBA NOT A DEGREE SUCCESS MEANS HARD WORK. MBA IS BASED ON FINANCE, HUMAN RESEARCH AND MARKETING. MBA is 2 year course. I read about how to manage a company and make more profit, where any knowledge is gained. How to use knowledge and skill in the organizations. All people are not doing MBA but he is a very successful businessman. Because hardworking and utilise their idea then find their success.

Now a days that is not a easy thing to take off a company. First of all we should know how to manage the company. So, if we start a business after finishing MBA we don't lose our future.

Hello everyone.

I want say that an MBA is not necessary for success in life, but it can be a valuable tool depending on our career goals and industry. Many successful people have achieved their goals without an MBA. So should do hard work and be skills and good habits to give us success.

Hello everyone,

In my opinion, Being successful and having an MBA degree is different.
To be successful individual have to decide their own goal and progressively achieving it is success and it should have to be MBA.
MBA gives exposure to business through networking and all, and it is one the ways to be successful not the only way.

Hi.

MBA Gives exposure of market, business and management. If person know good about market and business and also have good management skills then there is not a need to do MBA.

We have to do MBA in our life not for a degree achieving but for becoming professional how to manage other person.

The topic is "Is an MBA necessary to succeed in life?" I believe that MBA and success are two different things. Success differs from person to person based on their passion and goals.

Regarding the topic, an MBA is not necessary for success. Are the world's richest individuals, like Bill Gates or Elon Musk, MBA graduates?

Is Gautam Adani one of India's richest people, an MBA graduate?
