Is an MBA necessary to succeed in life?

MBA, being a master's degree gives you an edge over others in not only the field that you are in but also in the managerial as well as in leadership skills.

-Most of the organizations prefer an post graduate degree for the employees working in their organization or while hiring a new employee.

-With a number of multi " national companies coming into the picture, an MBA degree helps them attracting more remuneration as compared to a graduate employee.

-An MBA or any post graduate candidate has more chances of promotion and growth at his workplace.

-If an individual is running his or her own small business then the MBA degree will hone his or her managerial as well as leadership skills which will help him/her to succeed in the business.

My opinion is, it depends on person to person if a person who makes his/her career in banking and finance it must to do MBA because it is a tool to succeed in life and other things, if other people want to become a doctor, engineer, actor, lawyer, etc they not need to did MBA.

Mba is a master degree it is important because nowadays most of the company preferred MBA people.

Some of the people give examples in this group Modi not done MBA and he is successful.

In this case, my opinion is why Modi needs to do MBA he is politicians, not a business tycoon.

MBA as a degree is not necessary for one's life. But for a person who needs to be successful in his/her entrepreneurship, I think MBA is quite necessary as it includes finance, banking, human resource, tax and many other important skills that a prospective entrepreneur needs. Good evening. I don't think so MBA is necessary to succeed in life. It is a post graduation course which increases our communication skills, makes us more smart field and makes us more confident but that doesn't mean that one can not achieve success by not doing MBA.

No, this statement is not true for all people. It depends upon what a person wants to do in his/her life. If his/her career goal is related to management, consultancy and entrepreneurship. MBA will help succeed in his/her life.

Similarly, who wants to become his/her career in the software and teaching field, MBA is not necessary for them.

I think MBA is not necessary for one to succeed in ones life as it all depends upon their choice, if they wish to make their career in management related field MBA is necessary but if they like to build their career in software field or any other I think MBA is not at all necessary.

If MBA is not necessary, why do they implement it, they is something which we have to learn, it depends on the way of achieveing the success.

Everyone cannot become an entrepreneur in life, so for achieving success what a person need in his life is the big opportunities and skill to take those efficiently. In today's competitive world companies hire their employee managers based on certain criteria, which defines the ability of candidate.
