I think social network is the great boon of us. This media easily connect people with others. We shows our ideas or thoughts in front of the world. We gain many knowledge and up-to-date information about anything that we like. This media helps us to spend joys and sorrows of our life for Eg: If we are either happy or sad, we upload a photo or status something.

Many people share sorrows and joys of using this method. This is the main credits of media. Now a days many people spend lots of time in social media. People have a limit to use social media. Social media may lead to good and bad aspect. We have use that in proper way. Its all in our hand.

I am Prakash Samal from Bangalore. Our topic is quite interesting for all because of we all familiar with it. Now, coming to the point, as we know that It has some good and also carries the bad thing or we were experiencing badly. If I talk about the good thing then perhaps we all knew the working in Facebook or any social networking sites for eg sharing videos, moments, publishing notice etc. But if you do the things beyond your limits then that makes you crime like as posting the nasty pic etc. Lastly, I conclude that we must use it but the priority and time must take care by yourself, not by the social networking.

Social media connect the people whenever our people, country, world getting struggle in any problem. The great example is the lockdown period of COVID-19, natural disasters, protests, etc. Through social media we can connect any people for getting more knowledge and make contact with them. It helps us with the growth of our carrier. But if we see social media in our personal life, it changes the people physically and mentally. As per sir, Abdul kalam said, the growth of our country is in youngsters' hands, so we have to take responsibility and stand together for it. So, finally, what I'm trying to say is everything is only in our hands.

In my opinion, the influence of online social media on youths is like the two faces of a coin. If it is beneficial then it is harmful at the same time.

1) Youths can make their professional accounts likes Linkedin etc.
2) They can pursue social media platforms as their career and passion as well.

Let's talk about the harmful effects:
1) Most of the youth are addicted to watching meaningless reels and videos.
2) It can harm our mental health, and physical health, because of it people do not interact physically with friends and family.

Social media has positive as well as negative effects. But negative effects are more than that of positive effects.

- Social media leads to addiction. Spending countless hours on social sites can divert the focus & attention from a particular task. It lowers the motivational level of the people especially teens & students.

- Kids can be greatly affected by these social networking sites if they are allowed to use them. The reason is that people share photos on social media contains violence which can damage the behaviour of kids & teenagers & teenagers involve themselves in crime related activities.

My point of view on the Influence of Online Social Networks on our Youth.

Nowadays especially young students spend a lot of time on social media during the day, they are using like watching movies and reels, the youth they spend more time on social media they not focusing on their career goals this habit impacts your life, and also day by day decreases the human interaction. Some of the students used skill purpose #one person was spent in 7 hrs around the day, at that time they could focus on the career he can achieve a dream job. Finally, I share one message to youth social media is an addiction don't be addicted.

Because we can get tie up with our friends whom we lost some years back and also we share our pictures, thoughts, Day to day activities with the help of social networking sites. Get a chance to meet new people and share your thoughts with him/her and also get new ideas from all over the world. The main disadvantage of SNS is most of the people are wasting their precious time and postponing their works to spend on these type of sites. So we have to enlighten those people who are addicted and going to addict them.
