Influence of Online Social Networks on our Youth

I'm also the one of the best users of social networks.

Nowadays, the youth are much busy in their works in this competitive world. So they don't have time to read the newspaper and get information through Television and FM.

So they use social networks like whatsapp, hike, youtube, twitter and so many apps to know what is happening around us.

And also we don't have time to speak with people daily who are very close to us. In that situation, they use to contact through the social network.

Every thing is fine with the social network but not 100% because the youth doesn't know what is right or what is wrong. Some may lead to a problem. So the CONCLUSION is that influence of social media is good but at the same time, the youth should much smarter to right views of others to influence you.

I think social network is the great boon of us. This media easily connect people with others. We shows our ideas or thoughts in front of the world. We gain many knowledge and up-to-date information about anything that we like. This media helps us to spend joys and sorrows of our life for Eg: If we are either happy or sad, we upload a photo or status something.

Many people share sorrows and joys of using this method. This is the main credits of media. Now a days many people spend lots of time in social media. People have a limit to use social media. Social media may lead to good and bad aspect. We have use that in proper way. Its all in our hand.

1. Social media chatting, calling, sharing pics and videos and linking links is the wastage of time for youth.

2. It's all deteriorating our social norms and ethics among youth.

3. Promotes unethical images and videos among youth.

4. Useless information creates confusion in the minds.

5. Irrelevant and anti-religious posts and links create quarrels among the people of different communities.

6. Negative usage of Social media is deteriorating the relationships among the countries.

7. Social media is becoming the hobby of youth to kill the time.

8. Use of Social media effects indirectly on playgrounds and physical activities.

9. It needs to spend more to find is the posts are real or not to share with others.

10. And youth is spending their valuable time and money on Social media instead of their studies.

Actually, Social Media is a very good platform with the help of this you can share information, photo, video, personal message etc. In America, According to a Sarvey Report, 84% of people have a Facebook account and over 60% of 13 to 17 years old have at least one social account, spending more than 2 hours in a day.

So, as my point of view if you are using any social site as a limited way so this is very good for you but you are a habit of any social site like Facebook so this is very harmful.

In our busy life social networking sites is one of our common way to communicate with our family and friends. It gives us a platform to share our photos, videos and information to all at one time.

Some sites provide virtual platform not only to meet dear ones, but also interviews and business meeting are conducting through videoconferencing. Also a platform for marketing like new companies can promote their product, new writers promote their books.

We can get updates every second what is happening around the world. If any natural disaster take place at afar of our place then through these sites we can help them by donating money and providing clothes, food, medicine.

Youth lose their valuable time by addicting to this, fake accounts increases the cyber crimes, some terrorist groups motivate the youth towards them and also traps the officers gets imp information.

So there are some positive and negatives in this but one should note that lack of ignorance's only makes them a victim and depends on thee user attitude and character.

In my view social networking are useful to make the a social people to social, every person is having atleast one a/c on social network sites.

It is a good platform for sharing information, updating our status. We can communicate with people who are away to us. Sharing views will make the person more knowledgeable.

Coming to advantages as we are living in a busy world it helps to be in touch with relatives, friends etc. Business persons can promote their product by using these sms. Coming to disadvantage accessing it in wrong way and it is totally depends on person's attitude, way of thinking.

Social media has positive as well as negative effects. But negative effects are more than that of positive effects.

- Social media leads to addiction. Spending countless hours on social sites can divert the focus & attention from a particular task. It lowers the motivational level of the people especially teens & students.

- Kids can be greatly affected by these social networking sites if they are allowed to use them. The reason is that people share photos on social media contains violence which can damage the behaviour of kids & teenagers & teenagers involve themselves in crime related activities.

I thinking Social network come into existence for the purpose of imparting knowledge, for innovative idea, for creating awareness by providing information etc. But our youth is misusing it. They spent lot of time in chatting, uploading pics, Sharing meme etc. Because of which for eg if you take facebook there are more pics uploaded and memes in almost everyones news feed. Which shows that our youth spending lot of time in this. Though FB provides very valuable pages which gives us knowledge. At last I want to say that if we are utilizing it for our growth and for learning it is the best place in today's life to be on your toe with others. But misusing Social network is definitely a bane for all of us.

According to my opinion, impact of social media on youth is good or beneficial as well as bad also.

Good in this way can be, we can search any topic easily and we can interact with people who are either nearer or far away from me. We can learn many things from social media and one of them is improving communication skills.

And Bad in this way can be youth who are the base of our nation waste their whole of the time on using internet only, they are not thinking of their carrier because it is very addicted.
