Hello everyone.
According to my point of view, Extracurricular activities are the important part of a student life. This plays an important role in overall development of students. Extracurricular activities like playing, dancing, singing also good in the context of physical and mental health development which is directly proportional to the academics performance also.
But we should promote these things in such a way so students itself choose this rather than compulsion. I would like to quote it famous quotation "free bird fly high" so we need to promote this kind of system where joining extracurricular activities is their choice, not compulsion.
Thanks.

Hello,
According to my opinion, 'YES'. Extra curricular activities should be made compulsory in school by which the hidden and unnoticed talent of student can come out and if it happens in school then students can get the idea that in which field they are actually interested and good enough to concentrate on their future. If its not made in school and someday if students get to know about their interest and talent in extra curricular activities when they are already entered in any other field then its of no use. So its better to give the chance to the students before the time takes a chance. Extra curricular activities should be made compulsory in school.

I agree that extra curricular activities should be made compulsory in school. In this competitive world, students are more focusing on their academics and they hardly get any time to do some extra curricular activities. If these activities are made compulsory as a part of schooling then not only students will be able to devote their time to what they love but also if he excels in that activity then he may take that the activity as a profession.
One of the reason, why India is behind other nations when it comes to sports is that sports is not compulsory in our schools due to which we are not able to recognize our sportsmen at the early stage of their life.

Making extra curricular activities compulsory in schools has several benefits. It ensures overall growth and development of the students. It enhances the personality and develops confidence. However not every student is willing to take part. Some are shy and introvert. But as the benefits are immense, it should be made compulsory taking into consideration some aspects. For instance, the performance in extra curricular activities can be linked with academic performance to reflect the real performance of a student. Also, efforts should be made to ensure that there is a balance between academics and extra curricular activities as both are equally important.

Hello everyone.
Today we are discussing the topic that extracurricular activities should be made compulsory in school. Yes, I agree with this statement. Because school life is very important in one lives. So we have to learn or gain any knowledge from the school itself. So we need to have some extra circular activities hour also in schools.
Nowadays in some schools. We are just having classes and no games hour also.
But we have to be thankful to our beloved chief minister Y. S JAGAN MOHAN REDDY sir.
As he started the NO BAG SATURDAY in our state. So that every school actively participates and every student is utilising this idea.
Thank you.

Yes, extracurricular activities should be made compulsory in school because it is must for the overall development of a student. In today's world, the competition level is so high, so in order to survive in this world, every person requires some skills which are communication skills, leadership skills, persuasive skills, social skills and much more. The way in which a person could develop these skills in himself starts from participating in these extracurricular activities. As the student could gain confidence in himself, fight from stage fright. This participation will also help the students from getting a break from their gruelling schedule.

Actually, in my point of view, extracurriculars must be a part in school. Because it will help the students to be good at physical health. And mental health is also improved. Each and everyone have different talents. The childrens can find their talents only at the school stage. And they have enough time to enhance their talents only at that stage. So every parents should aware of that. The extra curricular activities improve the qualities like leadership, patience, problem solving skills, managing skills, team work etc. Lots of advantages are there. So I think extracurricular activities should be made compulsory in every school across India.

Hi everyone!
Extra curricular activities should be compulsory in school as it is noticed that many students take part in activities from age 4-11 but when they reach a higher class participation in activities become less. If extra curricular activities are kept as compulsory then everyone will take part and socialize more effectively and by these activities students can find interest in a field other than academics and also the way not all five fingers are the same some students cannot excell in studies so by extra curricular activities we can be able to know the capability of the student in different areas in which they are good.

In my opinion, alongwith the academics every school must try to motivate students towards extra curricular activities including sports, cultural etc. It will definitely help students to find their field of interest. Government should take solid steps toward this policy knowing the fact that countries like England, Japan and many more having very less population as compare to our country and still win plenty of medals in international level games like Olympics. However nowadays steps have been taken according by our government but still more efforts should be made in order to see our nation as all-rounder country in upcoming years.

Extracurricular activity important to everyone because in future they make a special identification by the help of extracurricular activity at any place because most of the student take part in activity in their child life but when they grow or time passed their participation became less in activities because when they reached in board class they concentrate only on study and don't take part in any activity so from here their participation becomes less and finally they leave activities and in colleges few people take participate in extracurricular activity so by the help of these activities they get special attention from anyone.
