EQ or IQ

According to my point of view, Both EQ and IQ are important, but EQ has a great role compare to IQ, if someone has Good IQ, he can achieve more success in his professional life but he cannot become a good leader, because if he will not understand the feeling and the way he should treat his subordinates, He cannot get respect from his subordinates, and subordinates will do their work under pressure, not by their happiness. Employees working under him will be depressed from their work and cannot work with more efficiency. So, Less EQ in a high IQ person will affect Work efficiency, satisfaction among sub-ordinates etc. So Both EQ and IQ is important for growing, satisfied life.

In my opinion, both EQ and IQ are important. But according to the contemporary situation of the world, where men are still lynched in the name of religion, black people are still shot to death by white people and men do not hesitate to kill others and to exploit nature resources EQ is indeed more relevant than IQ. Man should first learn to love his own kind and respect the nature that provides everything he wants. Inventing new technology or flying to outer space comes only after this. IQ with out EQ is very dangerous. A man with poor EQ but top IQ will invent weapons that kill others. The human race over centuries has shown us the problem of having low EQ. The Black men were slaves of white men for centuries. At the end, Abraham Lincoln, a man with good EQ had to sign the Emancipation Proclamation to save them. Colonization of the weak counties by the strong also indicate the same. IQ without EQ won't take us anywhere.

I will go for IQ over EQ.

In today's world, we are witnessing new invention and startups every day. If we want to survive and give yourself a place among all then we should have ample amount of IQ.

For example, if Legendary scientists Stephen Hawking had gone with EQ then we can not have any idea about creation of the entire universe.

If Bear Grylls (of survival series Man vs. Wild) would have gone with EQ then he could never survive in a critical situation where he has to kill animals to eat.

Moreover; in practical and industrial world IQ should be placed on peak importance whereas EQ is needed to be a social being.

We can't deny, the both are the most relevant aspects to us humans. Lucky we are if we have both of them equally balanced and controlled. But perhaps, my opinion to this topic since we are ought to choose one. I would rather choose EQ. Why? Because I'm that person who has a high IQ but tend to have a low EQ, and also suffering from a bipolar disordworsest of the researchers say, that the person who is intelligent have mental problems. And, that makes it even worse in your living. So, I chose EQ.

Here we are discussing EQ or IQ. In my opinion, both are equally if you want to be a success in your life you have to be balanced both EQ and IQ. With less EQ, you can't understand people's emotions and without IQ you can't understand what we learn.

In our life EQ and IQ both are important, but EQ is greater than IQ.
EQ is the most important thing in family and business life.
So, my opinion is EQ>IQ.

I go with EQ because even though you have IQ but you don't have EQ it's against humanity. When you don't respond to a person who gives more importance, then what is the use of IQ. Again if we want to be successful in our life we have to connect emotionally for our work, then comes determination dedication etc. If you're not connected emotionally the life will become clock hands.

We need both EQ and IQ in our lives. But the thing is we have to balance it according to the situations. It is not that a person should have higher of either of them.

IQ shows how intelligent we are (that's what our education board needs).

EQ shows how emotional we are.

Now, If a person has high EQ, he is attached to a person. Whereas a person with more technical stuff tends to take in more IQ.

According to my opinion, those people have a good IQ will always find a solution to cope out with a situation and That's what today world looking for like an example those who went to interview a typical situation is put in front of them and a person with IQ can easily handle it. Nowadays, your mental appearance is more important than your physical appearance. He/she never become a bookworm lives a practical life they don't need to fight competitive exam because they Can make their future bright in other private sectors where is a need of intelligence and after all in our country we found many EQ person compare to IQ and world record are made from HIGH IQ, not For HIGH EQ.

In my opinion, EQ and IQ both are necessary.

I feel everyone is unique and is important. There is always something that we can contribute to, the amount is not important. A person with better IQ/EQ has his own workspace and methodology he contributes to the work differently as a person with different IQ/EQ. Better Iq person can work smartly to do toughest works easily hence develop fame and wealth. Better eq person can develop popularity and leadership qualities he can withstand adverse condition and overcome them.

For a task to be done we need many kinds of people.

Some who would manage a team (highEQ).
Some who would plan task to perform it in better way (high IQ).
Some who would work tirelessly. (average IQ and EQ).
Contribution made by everyone has different impact and equally important.
Person with higher IQ can work on any arena and earn money and fame but may lack good social circle, hence may develop depression or suffer emotionally.
Persons with higher EQ develop a large social circle of friends and supporters who help them in difficulties, they may not be much richer or famous due to their technical abilities but can live a happy life by supporting others living for mass.
A person with average IQ and EQ is best as the person do not suffer either way. He can work anywhere happily with a fair wealth and fair emotional stability. He would be the most satisfied person.
Balanced IQ & EQ is most desirable.
