EQ or IQ

Hi friends,

In my point of view, IQ is more preferable than EQ all human are emotionally more sensitive or less sensitive, But if a person is having low IQ and more EQ than in this current competing world he will not get inner peace. Also a person who has more IQ can think about his EQ level and he can manage tough situations with his IQ level.

In my point of view, EQ and IQ both are required in the modern era because EQ makes happy and IQ is required in working area.

EQ is decided to choose your ability and to make a ability of people.

EQ is used for at a time your actions and presence of mind ability through this makes happy yourself and others relationship.

Both are different sides of the same coin.

IQ is matter of head while EQ is a matter of heart.

One takes care of professional world and other one is more for your personal.

I respect the opinion of my friends regarding this subject. According to me, situation enables us to understand the value of IQ and EQ in our lives. A person's EQ gives us a partial view of his/her character. But it is IQ that reveals his/her knowledge. We, the people of 20th century are always determined to reach the highest level of success. Absurd emotion is odd with such ambition. A person without EQ behaves as an automaton. But a person without IQ becomes an object of ridicule.

Whenever we are in an interview or in exam hall our IQ dominates us to give our best. In business, IQ is quite important than EQ. But if we do business for business's sake, it may bring temporary success. Perfect balance of IQ and EQ is the backbone of perpetual success in business.

It is our EQ by which we can judge ourselves and prevent doing injustice to others. To enjoy our lives spontaneously we need both IQ and EQ. So, I support both IQ and EQ because the combination of IQ and EQ makes us not only a successful person, a good person too.

I appreciate what you all guys thoughts. I want to add my understanding about EQ and IQ, Both are part of our mindset that play very important role as EQ is an expression or emotion that get triggers when we are having good IQ. Since IQ is totally a mental exercise on issue and problems, its a skill that helps in decision making, problem-solving basically a rational approach. Eg. When we solve a problem using IQ we feel the sense of achievement and happiness (EQ). So IQ is a trigger for EQ and vice-versa provided there should be the proper balance between them.

According to me, EQ is little bit more than the IQ. We all are know if you work with interest you get success quickly.

So both EQ and IQ.

I think we should care about eq more because if you are emotionally stable you can use whatever IQ you have fully but if you have high IQ and less eq you can't use your IQ fully and what's the use of having great amount of knowledge when you are not emotionally stable. ?

In my point of view, both EQ and IQ are important because they are like two different sides of a coin EQ deals with our personal feelings and IQ deals with our intelligence, every organisation want to have such employees who can balance both in similar manner, EQ is required to work properly with his/her team, and to manage risk, stress and to move on with any kind of situation but I Q deals with ones intelligence I, e how well he/ she can perform in maths, logics, reasonings and he/ she manages the situation logically hence I conclude that EQ and IQ is essential In same quantities without EQ no IQ.

In my opinion, EQ is more vital than IQ because the trait, which connects us from society is EQ Definitely IQ succors us tackling logical and brainstorming riddles but EQ initiates the process to involve ourselves with our colleagues which help to take organization's goal to a new height. So in my sight, EQ is dominant over IQ.

I think EQ and IQ both are important. But I prefer most EQ because if have IQ but not have EQ then you can't get success your carrier. With IQ you can get good percentage but can't get a good job and skill.

EQ play a very important role in life and career. If you have good EQ you can become a good leader, good team player and have the ability to control the situation.
