EQ or IQ

Hello everyone.

I am Novaraj.

My thinking is that IQ and EQ are very important things in a human being, for example, IQ is only knowledge, skill and talent.

We can live in the world without knowledge at all times, so we need EQ also, for example, to control mental and physical emotions and to maintain good relations with anyone. So, IQ and EQ are very important things in the world to be balanced equally.

An educated person with exceptional talents & skills will undoubtedly have an enormous level of IQ(intelligence quotient).

But surviving and exceeding in one's own field, especially in the case of Business and marketing, understanding the minds of the masses (people) & media, needs a person with well-equipped EQ (Emotional Quotient) as well.

If you're a person who has a bit of IQ and a strong habit of reading people's minds and needs in day-to-day life, you'll interpret it into your market and find a way to better the already existing idea and innovate it, which, if taken into account with a risk.

Will really outwork everyone, and you'll be that guy.

A person with enough IQ and an exceptional EQ has no boundaries in Marketing (digital & business).

Both EQ and IQ have equal significance, but it matters in context. A scientist or researcher working for innovations and technology should have a dominant IQ rather than EQ, and similarly, Humanitarians, Teachers, Policemen, and any other field function properly with balanced EQ & IQ.

By no means, I said scientists and innovators must only have high IQ, lack of EQ could lead to destruction of humanity and lives, while the core intention is promotion and helping lives and whole prosperity.

I believe that we need a balance of both IQ and EQ. IQ represents our intelligence and ability to think logically and solve problems, while EQ represents how we understand and manage our emotions, deal with different situations, and interact with the people and environment around us.

I also think that the importance of IQ and EQ depends on the kind of job a person is doing. For people working in public services, marketing, management, sales, reception, etc.

EQ can be more important because their work involves dealing with different kinds of people on a daily basis. They need to communicate well, cooperate with others, handle difficult situations, and understand people's emotions.

On the other hand, people working in research, science, technology, data analysis, or database management may require stronger analytical and problem-solving abilities. In such roles, having a good IQ can help them understand complex problems and find solutions more efficiently.

However, I don't think any job requires only IQ or only EQ. Both are important in different ways, and the ideal balance depends on the situation and the nature of the work.

IQ and EQ are two very important factors in shaping a persona. I think IQ is as we all know more about the practical intelligence of a person whereas EQ is an emotional understanding to know how one should interact with people and handle various situations.

I think in this day and age no matter what job you are doing, whether it be a researcher role where you are working with people with the highest of IQs but have no clue about how to handle a difficult situation, that would create a negative impact on your side, disrupt the teamwork and create a situation of mistrust between people.

So, I think IQ and EQ are parallel lines which need to be balanced accordingly and again, no person or job, I think, should be judged solely on one of them.
