EQ or IQ

Hello everyone.

As we know the well-known term EQ stands for EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT.

And IQ stands for INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENT.

My point of view both are intellectual to each other. Both make human being a sensible, successful, independent.

Suppose a person is in interview session then they have their IQ. But if a person defines its character there could be EQ.

So both are necessary to decision maker, smarter, achieve and could be a successful dreamer one.

According to me, IQ and EQ are equally important. I would like to explain this by simply comparing IQ with mind (brain) and EQ with heart (feelings). If a person has only brain just like robots and no feelings he would not be able to interact with people well or rather he would prefer to be isolated, he will not be able to make healthy relations which will directly or indirectly affect his work and health on the other hand a person with only feelings will make him academically weaker. So IQ n EQ both are required in proportionate the manner in order to grow emotionally and mentally.

In our day to day life, we will be facing a dilemma in which we have to select any one option but in any situation, we have to balance both the circumstance to accomplish the objective.

As I think, EQ & IQ both are an essential part of a personality. As IQ make a person more good in taking quick & accurate decisions in the same hand EQ helps you to coordinate & understand your team members in an adequate way.

So according to me EQ & IQ both are important in a balanced manner.

Sherlock always ruled out any Emotional Value in any of his investigations. This helped him do a better job but was he liked enough by the people? His works were admired, but character not.

So the leader of today is expected to have the skill of empathising along with being an intelligent decision maker.

Only IQ will make you good decision maker but not a leader.

Only EQ will make you a good leader but not good decision maker.

A perfect balance of these two will make you climb the ladder of success faster than you think.

There are some people who are successful because of they're intellectual.

But it's not all.

Nowadays EQ is equally important as it is the quality of leader to influence people and strive them for a common goal. To influence them you need to motivate them and to motivate them you need to understand their needs. And to understand, intelligence is not all you need, you also need an emotional touch. Empathy. Your behaviour, manner is the way you talk.

Well, I have to say that we have both IQ and EQ. It's dependent on time, situation, person to person, age. Sometimes at some place, there is need an EQ and some times its needs IQ. So, overall it depends on other things.

In EQ we can easily understand the feelings and emotions of others and we can lead a higher position that means a good team leader of companies which are an essential work for companies and as a team leader we can communicate with the members.

And IQ stands for Intelligence Quotient. IQ is the presence of mind. Through IQ we can get good marks in the exam and we can also solve a difficult problem so easily.

EQ & IQ both are important for us, but as we know that you have EQ by birth its the ability how you talk or behave people in front of others its shows your nature not your talent. But when we are talking about IQ it is directly connected to our knowledge, skills whatever we have.
