Both emotional quotient (EQ) and intelligence quotient (IQ) is indispensable for developing the overall personality of an individual. But EQ has a little edge over IQ because IQ is dependent on EQ. No individual can take rational decisions without emotional stability no matter how much intelligence he/she possesses.

Hi, everyone. EQ is the ability to think, understand and action to do. But IQ is intelligence to think in a higher level, reasoning and problem solving. In each person's IQ and EQ are both needed. But my choice is EQ because it is long lasting and it shows the attitude of a person. It helps to succeed in life.

According to me, without eq a person is like a robot who can take decisions and solve problems based only on the logical circumstances, but he may not be able to qualify the problems which need to be understood emotionally and according to the rules and regulations of the surrounding environment. Hi, in short both are important, because EQ means to understand one's emotions n feelings, which is very imp to rise high in your life by binding everyone by your side, whereas IQ is required to work intelligently, that is why, in every competitive exam Reasoning is compulsory to answer, hence both are imp.

My point of view, EQ and IQ both are very important any thought or any object has 2 sides one is good and one is bad likewise EQ is used for stay in present situation and IQ is essential for work in industries to improve and to solve difficult problems facing nowdays in industry or anywhere.

Both EQ & IQ are important for human being, without EQ a human being cannot think emotionally or may not understand anything or any rules, IQ plays an important role in testing the intelligence level of human being because without IQ/intelligence an ability of human being for creativeness is zero.

According to me, both EQ & IQ is necessary to do any job. Suppose there is a task. Given by boss and we do this job with our team. There is a need of both EQ AND IQ to complete the job well. Because it needs both the solving ability and emotional support so I think that both are necessary, thank you.

Yes, we can consider that iq is over one eq, any problem cannot just solved by only eq and iq, there have both needed as a level, to make the priority on eq is the best example is that a computer cannot replace human mind because the human mind has both EQ and IQ that is needed to complete any task.

According to me, IQ Intelligence quotient is to very important survive life. EQ Emotional Quotient part of our life, in life and IQ should be more than We we should maintain, we have to understand the emotional of others. For that we have to give using IQ vd a positive response.
