In my opinion eq and IQ, both are important for a successful life. Because hard work pays more success so when you work hard in your life, carrier, etc. You will the best of all. In my opinion when you work hard with patients then the IQ level will definitely grow than with the help of this IQ we pay back lots of success. So eq and IQ both are important.

Hell all,
I would like to say that both eq and Iq should be balanced in a person. We can't think or take a logical decision without iq but if we are talking about eq it's also important for us because without eq we can't take any emotional decision. Without eq our society will not accept us we will be like a animals so o think bot are important for us.

There should be balance between both, one should not outweigh the other. Even robots have built it artificial intelligence but without EQ, so if we crave only for IQ there would not b any difference between we and machines, IQ is inbuilt within us in the form of a brain, we jst need to put it into use more & more and let not stay it idle and rust.

In my point of view, IQ is the base for EQ. A person with better IQ Can understand every situation easily such that they can handle those situations emotionally.
So a person need a better IQ than EQ. Such that he or she can handle her or his situation in their presence of mind. Nothing goes away from their hand. Everything will be in their control.

I think EQ is as important as IQ in contributing to the success of a person. EQ helps us to deal with people more rationally and helps us to understand people emotionally. By having a good IQ we can have a good job but by having a good EQ in addition to good IQ we become a sensitive and emotionally intelligent which makes us a good person in all.

According to my point of view, IQ is very important with out IQ we cannot able to survive in our professional life, if the person only having Iq they can able to live their life as per their own knowledge. If the person is only having EQ they will not be able to take even a single decision also they have to always thing about other side result.

From my point of view, both (IQ and EQ) plays a very important role in our life. For doing any work we need both. With the help of one we can't work properly and yes we can say that the decision taken by the IQ is always correct and the decision taken by the EQ is sometimes wrong. But without one the human can't work properly.

Well coming to my view, EQ and IQ both are required in the modern era because EQ makes happy and IQ is required in working area. Emotional intelligence or Emotional Quotient (EQ) is the ability to identify, assess, evaluate and control on emotions. IQ is the score obtained by standardized testing to assess intelligence of individuals.

According to me, EQ and IQ both are very important it's like two faces of the coin. A person or an individual who has the overall combination of both are the best performers in his life. EQ &IQ both are important because book without cover is the uncomplete production. That means if you have technically knowledge person but you doesn't respect or response to others. IQ based on how intelligence you are EQ is how responsible person you are so both are important to our lives.
