Our topic is "ECONOMIC GROWTH IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ECOLOGICAL PROTECTION".

In my opinion, our first preference must be nature, not wealth. Because once nature is destroyed it will never rebuild but wealth we can earn or make again and again. Nature and the environment are divine and precious things. so rather than destroying them, we should keep them safe. Because they are giving life to us without nature we can not imagine human life. Because all things which we are feeding and taking are connected directly or indirectly to the environment. So, ecological protection is more important than economic growth. But if we are able to find out some middle route so we can balance both of these that will be the cherry in the cake.

Hello Everyone,

I would like to share my thoughts on the statement by saying that ecological protection is as important as economic growth.

As the population is rising, we see a rapid increase in urbanization, vehicle usage, deforestation, resource exploitation, etc. While economic growth provides jobs, infrastructure, and better living standards, it should not come at the cost of environmental destruction. Instead, I believe that there should be a balance between economic growth and ecological protection because both benefit us in different ways. In the end, we humans need to survive in this world too. So, I think there should be harmony between humans, animals, and nature to keep our lives going happily.

Ecology is directly related to our health and surroundings whereas economy is related to our accessibility to our needs. To make and see our economy grow, we need to live healthy. Again economic growth is related to industry whereas industry gives both nectre in terms of money and employment and poison in terms of excessive pollution disturbing the nature and hence living beings health. So, I don't think economic growth can, by any means, be more important than ecological protection. Economic growth is also possible while not impacting our eceology. Eg utilisation of solar energy saves lot of resources thereby employing more people in development of solar products and hence developing the economy.

I think ecological growth is much more important than economical growth. If there would be nothing that surrounds us then on what basis our economy will get improved ? everything in our earth is some or the other way related to each other. Like we need people to make big profit over IT sectors for a better economical status of our country, but people depend on food and other means of living which again comes under our ecology. Although I am accepting the fact that there is really a need for the growth of economical status of our country but keeping in mind the other aspects like our ecology, environment, livelihood, and welfare of other beings which are also a part of our ecosystem.

Hello, guys, I'm Shristi Sharma,

According to my perspective trade can help the poor in various ways:

• it creates more job opportunities for deserving (qualified) people and provides employment.
•it also helps the poor to get odd jobs like labouring, cleaning, etc. Whose wages are enough for satisfying their basic life necessities.
•it also helps farmers, as food processing industries are also a kind of business industries which are completely dependent on poor and small farmers. Thus, the farmers can sell their surplus production and earn enough money which is accessible.

Furthermore, trade makes a significant contribution towards empowering our country economically!

Yes, of course, I too agree that economy growth is important for the growth of our country, but ecological growth is more important than that. Because by the growth of ecological protection only the human being can survive here. Since from few years, we have seen that so many chemical factories, cool-drink factories etc, are providing a huge amount of toxic gasses which polluting the environment and reducing the ecological growth.

In my point of view if we just concentrate on only the economic growth than how we can survive in this polluted environment. It is not necessary how much we earn, because if there is no survival then there is no value of any economic growth.

Hello everyone, According me there should be balance between economic growth and ecologic growth.

I can not say that economic growth is not necessary while myself living in AC room and using all facilities at the same time by hurting nature.

The pollution in the air and water makes me disgusted and sad.

Many animal species are on the verge of extinction, and the biggest problem is that we are not giving attention to this because we already have our problems.

The human population is rising, so are the resource requirements; that's why the modern world is looking towards renewable resources to fulfil these demands by degrading nature as little as possible.

Hello everyone,

Thank you for giving me an opportunity to share my views on this topic, economic growth is more important than ecological protection.

Well, My opinion is totally different because we all are aware of the climate change that the world is facing today. We are evolving from nature. A healthy environment led to the development of a healthy mind. A good healthy environment will lead to good economic growth. If we go against nature for the development of industry, road networks, it will be reverse consequences on the life of humans in the form of disaster.

There should be a balance approach between economic growth and ecological protection.

In my opinion, both ecological protection and economic growth have their importance.

Economic growth is important for a country to feed its increasing population and meet its essential needs. But while this is a priority we can not cause damage to the environment.

To a large extent economic growth is dependent on nature, therefore protecting the environment in turn helps in achieving sustainable economic growth.

Currently, a large part of mankind is not experiencing that much effect of ecological depletion because we are provided with our daily needs.

We have to find ways to run these two concepts simultaneously for a better future.

Thank you.

Hello, Friends.

According to my opinion, both economic growth and ecological protection are equally important. We cannot imagine of high economic growth without ecological protection. In this modern era, we are building big factories, working more and more to earn more and more to achieve high economic growth. But these all are of no use with having a healthy economy. If we don't have healthy environment how and we stay healthy and contribute to the economic growth.

So lastly we can conclude that without ecological protection we cannot achieve economic growth. Hence we have to consider both for the development of the country.

Thank You.
