Hi friends these is Pavan Kalyan the e-learning is take an important role in nowadays. In these fast paced world there are the internet will taking an important role. Now a days uneducated people also using an internet for example my dad is studied 4th class he is an driver and he used an google maps at the time of an driving and he also see cricket score in mobile.
So e-learning in schools and colleges very important to improve the speed and accuracy we can want to update our classrooms.
It is also an using an chalk is difficult to the teachers and waste of an papers. To produce an paper we can using an trees so the collapsing of an trees gives an pollution and increase an global warming.
So by using an e-learning we can reduce pollution also. And an sometimes we can absent classes then we can see classes from house it is an means we can leastion all class.
There is an some disadvantages also present in e-learning by overcoming an that we can update an our classrooms.
Thank you.

Hai friends,
In my opinion, class room teaching is better, because in a classroom a student can have a time and freedom to ask doubts or questions to a teacher. In a classroom, if one cannot understand the topic they have a chance to ask their friends and share their thoughts. In e-learning we just follow the things said by a lecture in the video, we should not think of it.
In classroom teaching sometimes a teacher may also share his/her experiences about a particular topic.
In a classroom, all students are emotionally connected to each other and easily they can discuss and grasp the topic in their own style. Classroom teaching leads to raising many doubts about the topic, in this way both teacher and students can get some knowledge about a topic. Students have competition among them, so they can compete for each other any they can get to know about competition in the world.
So I think classroom learning is better for education.
Thank you guys.

Hello Everyone !
In my opinion an E-learning can never be a substitute for class room learning (especially till 12th standard at least). But yes we can use it as a helping hand to get more knowledge.
In classroom learning we get to know many important things which we can not get from E- learning. We get to know how to behave, how to interact, how to maintain relations within group or friend circle because now a days study is not bounded to just knowledge of books, it is something beyond it and which can never be taught by E- learning in which to get that knowledge you have to sit in front of machine and you can't even put up questions, you would not get answer of any of your queries through machine. Machine can never understand the understanding level of a student, it will treat each student equally.
And more over what is the need of teachers in our school, colleges if we are going to substitute class room learning with E-learning.
Thank you.

According to me if people are asked which days of their lives would they like to relive at least 90% of people would prefer their school days back. Not only education but school gives a complete package of character building, personality development, extra-curricular activities, discipline and many more things. If classroom learning gets substituted with E-learning the fun, the interaction with other people, a chance to overcome fears, wonderful friends all these things will go missing.
Yes E-learning can definitely be useful but then the overall development of a student will be hindered. So instead there should be a combination of both a classroom with a facility of E-learning. So that a child gets acquainted with technological world and plus gets all other benefits that are essential and equally important. So every child should go to school and come out as a great personality with overall development and wonderful memories to cherish lifelong.

Hello everyone!
As we all know everything have their own pros and cons.
Benefits of E-learning:
1) Through animations children will get to learn concepts in a better way.
2) Children can number of times go through the lecture and revise again.
3) E-learning gives flexibility. If any time we miss the class for any reason we can go there and can listen to whatever taught in the class.
Disadvantages of E-learning.
1) Not everywhere there is high-speed internet connectivity which makes a difficult situation to attend the class.
2) Continuously using laptop or mobile for the class will definitely put a strain in our eyes.
3) Every parent does not know how to use this kind of platform.
4) In class you can interact with other of your classmates and by physical presence make lecture lively otherwise it will become sometimes too boring to listen.
5) While attending class there is a high possibility of getting distracted by other social sites.

My contribution towards this is that since learning is a process of acquiring knowledge or some thing. It's at a larger extent that the world is running into modernity where people will be served by robots with time to come. The characteristic of these robots is that they are computers in nature that evolved as means of technology. This means that e-learning has improved people's modes of education in that we have the bachelors, masters, and Ph.D. being conducted through e-learning. It's also reducing the distance and transport costs of far away institutions. The e-learning programs have got many people of different races from different continents sharing knowledge in accordance with their view of content, it can minimize congestion in a classroom. Furthermore, e-learning is both teacher centered and student centered which enables the movement of knowledge from the higher level (teacher) to the lower level (student), thank you.

Hi friends.
It's a fact that we all live in a technologically empowered era. Internet and communication have amplified so rapidly that learning and teaching is possible from different and wide corners of the world. Recently developed programs such as MOOCs and Moodle have expanded the purview for collaborative learning and teaching methods. Our accessibility to knowledge has broken it's railing. Thus e- learning has integrated to our education.
Though e-learning has put forward comprehensive learning techniques, it cannot replace the aesthetic pleasures of class room learning. A class room is a place for live interactions and debates. It's a platform for the overall evolution of a child's character. It shapes the morality of a child. Above all those days with our friends in our class room will be the most cherishing memories we own.
Technology can always aid us. But there are some things it cannot replace.

Online education is proving to be very effective in the time of corona because at this time the pandemic has severely affected the education and educational system across the world.
All educational institutions were closed.
ADVANTAGES of Online education.
*Online education offers teachers an effective way to deliver lessons to students.
*Online education is that it allows students to attend classes from any location of their choice.
* Another advantage of online learning is reduced financial costs.
DISADVANTAGES of Online education.
*For many students one of the biggest challenges of online learning is the struggle with focusing on the screen for long periods of time. Students are easily distracted by social media.
*Another key challenge of online classes is Internet connection without a consistent internet connection for students or teachers there can be a lack of continuity in learning for students.

Hello everyone, I am Mounika Rayaprolu. This is a quite interesting topic. Everything in this world has two sides of a coin. In the E-learning process, there are advantages as well as disadvantages.
Coming to the advantages, it saves the time, helps to learn whenever we want, through visualization one can easily remember or understand the content, etc.
Talking about the disadvantages, the E-learning cannot be a substitute for class learning. For instance, if we buy a book of learning English in 30 days and started practicing it we will definitely learn something but that knowledge doesn't get equal to that knowledge learnt in classrooms. Apart of that classroom creates an environment where there will be distributing of knowledge but also interaction of relations with one another that enhances the strength of student.
So E-learning is helpful but can't have competed with classroom learning

Hi guys,
Lets start with cons and end with pros this is my opinion if you like it or not feel free to express your views by clicking like or dislike button.
Cons :
1) It can't teach morals, ethics, being punctual.
2) It can't reach the level of understanding as that of in class room teaching.
3) It can be only used if class room teaching is not efficient.
Pros :
1) For rural people class room teaching may or may not be good there we can use this.
2) This can be used for referential purpose and research driven people.
3) We can access vast education in less economic cost in home or where ever you want.
4) Multiple videos are available if one wasn't understandable we can go for another video.
Summary :
Where there are no trees the Azadirachta Indica is the biggest tree so if no good class room teaching or access to education then only E-learning is efficient.
