Yes, E-learning wins on flexibility.
Teams can learn from anywhere, anytime. But classroom learning still wins over real interaction. Role plays and live feedback are hard to replace.
What actually works best is blending the two—short online modules for the basics.
Live sessions for practice and discussion.
Most companies we've seen struggle when they pick only one side.
The ones doing well use both together. Would love to hear what others think about hybrid models for workplace training specifically, not just schools.
