E-Learning: A Substitute for Classroom Learning?

I agree with all the points but E-Learning also have advantages. In classroom learning we learn whatever the teacher will teach but E-Learning helps you to know the subject more deeply. Internet is obviously more update than any person. E-Learning can be self paced or instructor led. Good education is available only in cites.

E-Learning can help villagers to gather proper knowledge. If we think about cyber classroom then there teaching will conducted by E-Learning but under the hands instructor. Hence E-Learning is beneficial but under the supervision of good instructor it will b magic.

E-learning should be there because the children can learn better with the live demo than the imagination. The E-learning helps in the enriching the students their knowledge.

In my view, everything has both advantages and disadvantages. Choosing e-learning or classroom learning depends on the individuals because those who are sharp, talented and enthusiastic they will learn a lot through e-learning but normal students cannot have that much ability to understand the content and stuff. They need someone to explain it but through e-learning, there is no face to face interaction. Poor students also unable to access this e-learning.

But the overall development of discipline, morality, human values, respecting elders, other genders, friendliness, brotherhood, and many others skills like communication skills, intrapersonal, interpersonal skills, activeness, punctuality, how to make decisions, hope to manage the team and also we get many experiences through class learning. We can get practical experiences. Teachers give many suggestions which are very useful. We can develop good character by taking inspiration from good persons around us. It also gives us sweet memories which we cannot forget throughout our life.

We can get good friends here. We can learn how to face problems in life bravely and many things.

Finally, I conclude that e-learning with the combination of the classroom is better for students so that it can help in all round development of students.

E-learning is useful for job holders, not for kids. By e-learning, we can't achieve leadership n communication skills. We learn through it by classroom. E -learning is used for to know the advanced topics and others ideas about any topics. E-learning is not choose full always it is just substitute for rare cases.

Ya I agree with the thing what you all said. But e-learning can't teach guide us as our teachers do. Because a teacher can understand his students personal feeling but a electronic device can't. So, what else a advanced technology come it can't be a comparable one to the teachers.

According to me, E-learning is preferable only for those who have access to the internet. For rural India, this seems difficult. It's true that E-learning has many advantages over classroom learning such as vast availability of open source softwares, saving time of travel, learning as per our convenience, learning at home without going away from family.

In spite of all these, I guess that E-learning needs time to take over classroom learning. It would happen gradually once Internet reaches each corner of our country.
