Hi,

Would stand for E-learning for sure, could be amazing tool to gain experience and knowledge in various aspects, just as any other, got to have some weaknesses, starting with lack of interact which widely known as increasing the productivity in gaining information Etc, not to mention it requires someone with high motivational tendency.

Yet, won't say its a pure substitution for a real classroom, may be something that could work as the same, for some people only, not something to be globalized on all.

Hi friends,

From my view. I can say e-learning is fit for physically challenged persons. They can learn from their home and it improves foster economic. It allow them to use our technology to learn without going to school or college.

In this rush city they cannot be like normal students hence e-learning gives the best solution to them.

E-learning allows the student to gain knowledge by themselves without the help of teachers. Hence I conclude e-learning will also fit in certain situations.

Thank you!

The topic which has been given is very serious and important. Due to the pandemic situation, We all waste our precious time without learning. So E-learning is the online mode lectures which help us to learn from home. E-learning also benefits such that recorded lectures If any doubts we see the lectures any time. In traditional learning, this is one of the drawbacks. E-learning is important but it is necessary to survey the rural region's students also to evaluate they have all necessities or not.

Hello friends,

As this discussion, I agree with all friends. E-learning is most important for any person life. They give advantage as well as disadvantage. The advantage is that to save the tree, also save money and time. For this learning, we can find any information about any place, person, plant, village etc. Everything that we need and give knowledge within few second. But disadvantage that for this learning human are lazy, they are not self-dependent. Every person dependent on the Internet.

Hi friends,

In my point of view e-learning never becomes a substitute for the class room learning. Class room learning is the best approach to learn.

In this we can learn under a faculty there by we get good ideas from them. And the environment is also most suitable 2 learn.

If we are unable 2 get any inf in such cases we need 2 approach e-learning. So that finally my conclusion is an e- learning never becomes a substitute for class room learning but it's a kind of helping tool for a learner.

I can agree with all students who expressed their motivation on learning in classroom, but the only thing I want to implement is sometimes lecturer's itself would say to students when teaching the lesson to them. Students have you understood wt I thought now please just 'IMAGINE' it what and all I explained now for more points refer the websites in net and say by next day! Its happening in world upto 70%. So my suggestions is both are the good knowledge for us, better utilize in the proper way.

Hello, I am Nishant. My recommendation for improving e-learning business performance is to perform analytics and visualization on educational datasets to uncover meaningful insights. Based on these insights, decisions can be made to improve the business or increase student admissions. For example, during the analysis, identify the variables and columns that influence admissions. By following such strategies, we can enhance student and professional admissions and improve the e-learning business.

Start-up cost of an E-Learning service is expensive and the cost of production of online training materials is very high.

Teachers must be confident that the extra costs are balance with the benefits of delivering a course online.

Significant time needs to be invested in course set-up and in ongoing maintenance (checking links, updating course content etc).

Flexibility may be lost as adjustments to the course in response to student reaction are not easy to make once the course is underway.

Greetings to all,

E - learning or virtual learning is a substitute for classroom learning. But it is not that much effective because students are more active and responsive in classes. Most of the students can't afford for the gadgets such as smart phones, laptop which are basic requirements of e-learning. E- learning also lacks the physical exercises which is necessary for the students. Combination of e-learning and classroom learning can be used. However classroom learning is more better.

According to me e-learning is source to provide education at very entertaining way. E-learning is a revolutionary source in our education system It will help to make our country digitalize. By the help of e-learning we can read anything at anytime and we can teach anybody at any time.

We can visualize the thing whatever we study by the help of e- learning it's helps to portray any character in our mind. So we need to understand the value of e-learning how much it is important for us.
