In my opinion, now women are getting an opportunity because of education and their callibear also consist of skill and potential to handle the grievances in an prudent way. The woman nowadays considered equal in the male the dominance society. Woman also motivates, organises with the tremendous communication skills can allure anyone by using grandiloquent words. The women can the best managers because they did all the things in a correct order whether it is home, business or management they are multidisciplinary. Women are considered to be mentors whether it is Edison Mother or Peshwa Bajirao mother these have great impact on their child as Edison invented bulb and Bajirao won many battles. No doubt man roars but godless Durga can control that roar.
At last, I want to concluded that women have both the powers that is maker and breaker.

Yes, as women are more patient while taking decisions. A woman is a doctor, cook, teacher, nurse, maid, protector, supporter and many more qualities a woman is having. So a woman is multitasking. They can manage time very nicely. Women are better listeners as they give importance to every second. They speak very politely. They enjoy there work and are very punctual. In day to day life, if we want to go to any picnic or to marriage she is the only one who manages what to take with them so that difficulties don't occur. I want to give an example of Kalpana Chawla who was the first woman who went to space. The conclusion is that we should treat everyone equally. So that women can show their talent too.

According to me, If we are talking about a good manager so the first thing is that we should understand the meaning of a good manager. A manager is a person who manages his/her work in a proper way then secondly we should go to the gender if we are talking about good manager so the manager can be male or female we should not compare male or female in any way both male and female are best in their own way both have their own capabilities so both are best and if we talk about Do women make good managers so yes women make good managers because women are multitasking they do a lot of work in a proper way, and the responsibility of being a good manager should also be given to WOMEN.

I think yes, women are good managers than men. Because from childhood they are given various responsibilities. Then married women who are working nowadays takes care of the family as well as their career. So, I think when it comes to multitasking they can handle things very well. Also, women have patience, courage, calm mind and positive attitude and with this can handle their work flawlessly. Women are a certainly better observer than males so I think it will be great for the employees working there.

YES, If we talk about do women make good managers, then surely they make. A woman has a lot of responsibilities since they become an adult they understand the situations going on in their surroundings and need to manage them accordingly. They have to keep an eye on everything whether it's about her home or her job they need to give an equal distribution of time to both. No matter what be the situation like she is sick or not feeling well, she has to continue her duties as a girl, wife or mother. They can't give excuses to get rid of the work. Women who work and also manages the home is a huge task for them. After coming from work also they have their house duties to perform. According to all of us, I think that it's not easy work for all to manage. Both men and women have their own situations to manage and nowadays there is no point of comparing the GENDER thing. All are equal in their respective places. But as far as the question arises about women. So, yes they are far more best in managing in any field they are given to and must be appreciated for tackling every situation wisely and smoothly.

In my opinion, it does not depend on gender it mainly depend upon the way you handle the situtation, patience, tolerance, creativity and knowledge. If you want to do job, tthe company hire you on your capability not that female or male are you.

Who are managing their home and families? Their classifications make them good managers by they are more patient in difficulties. Women are better listeners, great communicators and they appreciate good work more frequently. And they are facing many problems in various or difficult situations. Then something's they are losing or Missing their carrier. Married women's who are managing our work and takes care of families as well as our target. A woman is a doctor, teacher, Company manager, cook supporter and many standards a woman is having.

Yes, I agree with you, the women would be good managers, as they have good patience, listening skills, and we know that many of women work at home and in I office too, which make them multitask.
The way they have been raised in society, they have been taught to handle the situation, and in hard situations to take a proper and good decision. And they prioritize their work with the given time.

I believe gender is irrelevant to management and the ability to manage. Both genders have equal capabilities to learn and grow as a manager. We have a lot of women in the top management of various top companies. Counter to this is the argument that still 4% of the Fortune 500 companies have women CEOs, but in my belief that accounts to our history of bad gender diversity incorporates which has been improving gradually nowadays. However, though men & women have equal abilities to learn as managers, their performance might depend upon the work environment they are placed in, what they manage, etc. Like women placed in a drilling rig might not manage workers as good as their male counterparts. Similarly, men as sales managers wherever client dealing and convincing is involved, might not perform as good as women. Thus in my opinion men and women can both be good managers but their performance may depend in certain situations upon certain specific job profiles.
