In my opinion, we don't require smart cities if we develop smart villages, where there is no problem for living education and for sanitation, we should develop our villages first to provide solutions for farmers, so if we have all these requirements then in cities overcrowd will decrease.

More than smart cities, we need disciplined citizens who care for natural resources, Water conservation, clean environment. Efforts should be made to preserve the Environment first, necessary facilities for the poor class is also essential as against Mindless erecting concrete jungles.

As per my point of view, We really need the smart cities in India if we have smart cities it becomes emphasis of the country.
All the neighbour countries get attracted towards it.
It brings the revolution in people's thinking. And also foreign travellers get attracted towards it.

Very morning to all.
From my point of view, we need more smart villages instead of smart cities, so that less amount of crowd from villages move to the cities, people's are leaving their hometowns just for the sake of earning money, but what if we provide them in their areas only.

According to me, we really need to develop our rural areas and then our city smart firstly we need to develop our daily needs such as hospitality and schools and colleges and then companies. As our birth rate is increasing day by day we really need smart cities. This is my opinion.

Hi! according to my point of view, smart cities are necessary but before making the cities smart we should make our area clean because if we started from outside then & then only peoples will follow us, & off course, the smart cities will give better standard of lifestyle.

Hello everyone.
According to me, We should be more focused on backward cities, villages than smart cities as it would not only generate employment there but would also help to churn out-migration that takes place from villages to cities thereby increasing overall living standard.
