Do Beauty and Brains Go Together?

According to me beauty and brain go together rarely. Beauty is "chocolate" but when it comes with brain it becomes "bullet". A person who has beauty and brain can do anything in world.

Some gets success by their talent like players, scientists, doctors and some use their beauty to get success like actors, actress. Yes it is true that we start the relationship with beauty but we lives with the character, attitude, behavior.

Beauty is not necessary in life, if a person is talented then she/he always looks beautiful like Satchin, APJ Abdul Kalam, Sania Mirza.

The topic beauty or brain is definitely interesting and requires a lot of brains to think over it. I did read all the replies and pretty much every reply talks brain over beauty as one perspective so I would like to talk about other beauty over brain.

Beauty itself has a very wide scope, limiting it with just external appearance is not a wise choice. It's only the way one perceive it. For for some, being intelligent is a beauty. How one talks, walks, behave, thinks etc all determines beauty. Brain with wise thoughts and intellect is considered beautiful. People who are kind and generous are beautiful. It's not necessary that everyone is born genius but everyone can be beautiful just by mending some of its habits. Maybe that's the reason why humans tend to find beauty in everything be it nature, people or nonliving objects. Beauty provides peace and tranquility to a person that's why a spiritually enlighted soul is considered beautiful. And not to forget GOD is beautiful, truth is beautiful, love is beautiful and all emotions that tend to make you live even for a day more is beautiful. As Keat said "truth is beauty, beauty is truth. Ye all know on earth and all ye need to know".

I would like to say something different. As you know that beauty comes from our heart and heart is work according to our mind means brain. And you know very well, if you think positive, speak good, and do good if you know how sweet to talk with respect, and where which work should be done it means your brain is working well and you are fit, smart and beautiful. All persons are attracted to you. And that's the way we can say brain and beauty can work together.

Yes, in my opinion, because beauty is not only about our external appearance. It can also be our internal thoughts and behaviour. And brain is responsible for our thoughts. When we think good, do good things our beauty enhances. So it's our actions and character that decides our beauty. So yes, beauty and brains go together.

What is the definition of being beautiful?
Just outer beauty.

No, Beauty is about having a pure heart. A confident mindset. A mind filled with positive and genuine thoughts. An urge to see the good in every person and every situation. And much more.

And outer beauty is God gifted. Which is of second importance than inner beauty.

If this beauty is combined with the brain. It would be a cherry on the cake.

If a person is confident about his/her dreams. Is fully dedicated on his/her work. Has the potential or talent or is intelligent enough. Then he/she can achieve anything in his life that he/she truly desires for.

So I conclude that.

Yes, Beauty and brain if worked hand in hand, would b a boon. For that individual person as well as for the firm of enterprise he/she is working for.

Beauty depends on our perception. If I say that this chalk is very beautiful, it is not necessary that everyone will like the same thing. So, beauty depends on our eyes that how we see those things. Looks may change time to time but the character is the only thing which is not going to change. Good character comes from the good brain. This how we can relate beauty with brain.

Yes, beauty and brains always go together because they are inter dependent on each other. Beauty is what you appear outside but that appearance itself depends on inner qualities, i.e. the way we think, the way we desire to live, our goals in life, what we eat, etc Even if a person is born with a very pretty face, but without confidence there is no beauty. This confidence is not god- gifted. It comes with constant efforts to achieve g goals in life. When one achieves things in life with great hard work, it boosts the person's confidence. Working hard for achieving a certain goal is not possible without living a disciplined life. Even to look attractive physically, one needs to lead a healthy lifestyle (eat the right food, extra activities) etc. It is the brain which plays a great role here. It is the knowledge which we gain that protects us from problems and helps us achieve goals by implementing it. Sometimes this knowledge is acquired by reading or maybe personnel experiences. So, it is basically intelligence without which beauty is not attainable. Similarly, if the appearance of a person is attractive, automatically the person feels confident from within and it is the this confidence which acts as the driving force that helps the person become more intelligent. Both are crucial aspects of life, incomplete without each other.

Beauty and brains are important in our life. If Beauty is there but there is no brains, that beauty is useless. Beauty defines from person to person. According to me, The person who is full of confidence is beautiful. The person, the way they behave, their styles, everything related to activity is a part of beauty and that is co-related to brains. So, Both should go together to live a peaceful life.

According to me, Beauty lies in the brain. In this sense I not meant by outer beauty, I am just talking about inner beauty that lies in our mind. Beauty is not about having a pretty face or a handsome personality. Beauty is about something that lies in a person's mind. If a person has a kind heart, pragmatic thinking and a kind soul though he/she is not very good looking has beauty and brain together.

Beauty is a God gifted we can't change our outer appearance but we definitely change our inner appearance like our soul.
