Good afternoon everyone.
Now we are discussing digital India which is a very great initiative by our honourable PM. This is going to be a very important aspect of our life because we can do anything from it.
We can learn, can do bank work, shopping, travel, even we can earn from. No need to carry money with us. No need to wait in a long queue. It is very helpful for citizens. But in a rural area, not possible to do things easily because of network issues.
Followings are some important points:.
Education:
Now you are seeing that because of covid all schools, collages are closed that's why students are not aware of syllabus but the great thing is that digital India. There is lots of apps, YouTube channels by using those students are able to learn even government also providing lots of features to the student they are providing assignment, online classes and taking the exams also so, there is no chance to lose a year of education.
Bank work :
For Bank work every time we have to go there we were carrying lots of document and if we forgot any single document then the whole day will be lost and again the next day we need to go there till our work has not been done. There is lots of bank-related works that can do from online.
Shopping:
For shopping we do not need to carry money with us, we can pay online or we can swap our card.
Travel:
For travelling, we do not need to go in a rush or do not need to travel by standing in the vehicle. We can book our ticket online.
Earn:
There is lots of people wants to start there business but they don't have money because of financial condition they can't do whatever they want and that's why they are facing pure life but for earning there are lots of online features available for those like mesho, YouTube, etc.
In short, Digital India is a time-saving technique, way of happiness, no stressful life, and no need to say every time JAGO GRAHAK JAGO!
But there is one disadvantage of digital India is that in our India, there is lots of hackers can hack database so government need to take a strong action about this.

In my point of view, digital India is definitely a great initiative taken by the GOI. As we all are aware, in today's scenario, every person is running towards having convenience in his/her life whether its related to our daily needs or other aspects of life. We all are getting more and more busy either in our jobs or we are surrounded by too many things which makes us forget and procrastinate a lot of task. But as the most of the things are now digitally accessible, our lives are getting easier. Whether its related to basic household needs like groceries to electronic items, books, shoes, clothes etc, we can purchase all the things, while sitting at a place instead of searching and roaming here and there.
Even, we have the exposure to different varieties of a single item. As, already many other people have given example of Online book tickets, doing bank transactions and many more, these things have really added values and relaxed ourselves from hectic lives. Now, we can easily order any kind of food at our door in just half and hour. It acts as a boon for many students who can't access proper coaching because of financial issues and the place where they reside. Now, from small exams to top ones, anyone can prepare themselves sitting at home through various free you tube tutorials and online coaching. Even, we can get certified courses from top universities like Harvard, MIT, Stanford etc, which adds on value to our personality and career.
But like every thing has its pros and cons, this has also some which my friends have already mentioned like hackers can hack our bank details and many other fraudulent activities. But many companies are working on it and as per me, the weight of pros is quite heavier than the cons. The main thing is people should be aware regarding this and how safely they can play in this digital world and for that government is already running many initiatives which we should appreciate and even participate in making aware others.

Hello everyone.
I would like to tell you that every coin has two sides.
If we consider this case in digital India.
As we all are aware that after demonetization in India digital transaction has increased and the one who is well aware of smartphone and technology are using application like patym, phonpee, Google pay, bhim, MobiKwik and many more like this but as we know that only the youth and the educated person who mainly live in metro cities or urban areas are only using digital transaction and getting benefits.
So we can say that the majority of people are not using digital payment and not getting the benefits of the scheme digital India. So it's the responsibility of Indian government and educated person to spread awareness regarding digital payment and it benefits because if we want to go completely cashless then our whole population must use digital payment and must aware of how it's work and fraud related to it.
It's benefits are.
1 We don't need to stand on large queues to get the money or to transfer the money we can do it with the help of mobile via UPI transactions.
2 We can have full transparency of transaction we can monitor it that when and to whom we give the money.
3 Due to transparency the government can check for black money and keep in touch with the suspected person.
Disadvantages:
As we already said that every coin has two sides so digital payment also have some drawback but it can be minimised by spreading proper awareness.
1. Online frauds.
2. forgot password/pin.
3. Sharing your personal information with other.
4. Hacking.
But we can neglect this problem through proper awareness plans.
So ultimately it's a good scheme right now only higher class and educated people are using this scheme but later definitely everyone in India will going to use this scheme but for that, we need to spread awareness.
So as we all know that Rome was not built in a day so it will be going to take time but the results are fruitful.

Digital India is one of the best implemented government scheme that's what I felt. This is implemented by our PM Mr. Narendra Modi.
I highlighted him because his gestures in politics have proven the point that India is tending to become a developed nation. And it really does with his efforts. And one of the effort is making India a digital country.
Now. Let me give you a brief about it.
Digital India is a scheme where all the individuals have been given the opportunity to go online (using the Internet) in any kind rather than to go for offline. Now, the question is why?
Let me clear it to you.
And yes, you will see all your basic necessity can be fulfilled by both modes: offline and online.
But here the caption is TIME. Online mode helps you to save a lot of time with efficiency.
Just take an example of bank transactions.
Some years back, we need to go to the bank to deposit the money standing in long queues, waiting for our turn, and.
To regularly check the bank timings as well. If we are late, then the next day!
But, now the process became so smooth like icecream, just by pressing a button we can deposit our money.
Don't you think that's the biggest change in Digital India scheme?
Then, the booking of trains. And especially the tatkal but now, even we can book our main course meal in the train from the desired station. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE ! its not magic but the effects of DIGITAL INDIA SCHEME.
I don't think, there are any demerits, but some people are saying about the illiteracy which I saw and would tell them just by replying that "yes, illiterate people may not be able to use it properly. But this is the moment for them to learn about technology, and that's not rocket science!
Illiteracy is not a stamp which you can't remove. It's just about the mental ability to learn a thing at our own pace. ".
It comes under the Education sector, so we need to sharpen that. Rather than to add this point on your demerit list.
Thank you.

Digital India is a campaign launched by prime minister Narendra Modi ji on 1 July 2015. The motto of this initiative is 'Power to empower '. The objective of this campaign includes increasing the reach of technology to the rural areas by providing better internet connectivity, digitalising money transactions, education etc and many more thus making India a digitally empowered nation.
As far as now this campaign had bring many positive changes and improvements in various sectors.
Now most of the population is doing online payments, we see QR codes pasted in cafes, on vegetable vendors shop, in other many places almost everywhere in the market. People can go out without their wallet and can do payment easily with their mobile.

First of all, thank you for selecting such an interesting topic.
The term digital India means a program launch by the government of India in order to make everything available online.
According to my opinion, Digital India is a huge and great platform initiated by Our Prime Minister Shree Narendra Modi.
It has improved every sector of our country and also helped in improving the economy.
1. During the pandemic situation Of the COVID-19 crisis when the government is supporting less privileged people, daily wager workers it is possible through digital money transfer instead of handling them.
2. Agriculture is considered as one of the most important sectors of our economy, through digital India it is possible to educate our farmers, help them in cultivating more enriched crops.
3. Easy and simple: Gone are the days when one has to stand in long lines for ATM transactions, with digital India its one-click transaction.
4. Eliminating Corruption:
One of the evil act in our country is corruption, with the scenario of online money transfer, the false act of black marketing has been reduced hence eliminating corruption from our society.
5. Promotes Work from Home:
Many people find it difficult to travel or considering the situation of a present pandemic.
All the schools, colleges are conducting online lectures, taking quizzes, and also involving students in online fun activities along with that providing E-certificates, this all is possible only because of digital India.
Also, most of the private sectors are asking their workers to work from home. If we forgot the pandemic situation for a while then also most people who do blogging, or sharing something in any of social platforms and earning an income, made it possible because of digital India.
I would like to conclude the topic that Digital India is a major positive step taken by our government and I fully endorse with it.

I am Pulkit Sankhla. I am a Civil Engineer.
So everyone is just pointing out the mere benefits of digital India, so to break the unanimity I'd like to address a few of it's negative points. I also believe that it'd help the farmers, uneducated and lower middle class people great opportunities but look at the demerits of this.
I believe the kids are exposed to so many things which need to be classified and served to them on the basis of their age group. Kids are exposed to dark internet and pornography way before they are being taught sex education. Some light-hearted kids even went on for suicide to greater numbers in the past few years while playing that BLUE WHALE GAME. So kids these days must be protected by their parents up to a certain age and they tend to grow and develop their habits naturally. Also this digitization has made kids as well as teenagers vulnerable. People these days don't have patience. They need everything at lightening fast speed, but that isn't the way life works. Some things need TIME and require a lot of PATIENCE, success won't be achieved in a day or two. Working hard for it will make it the shorter path.
Now coming to the bigger point of this whole scenario which is the private data owned by Google Facebook Amazon.
The above companies can do whatever they want with us with the amount of data they've stored about us. The surplus amount of data about us inclusive of everyday tracking of our footsteps, our geolocation, our payment methods, etc etc is quite dangerous and needs to be addressed.
Also the details we've shared in the Aadhar Card are also hackable since it's not at all been proven by the GOI that they can't be hacked. Overall the data linked to our Aadhar is going to backfire us, against us, if used in a challenging way.
So better pray that we head towards better digitization, moreover, a controlled way of digitization.
Thanks.

Our prime minister gave the concept of making digital India that was the great step towards the advancement in our country. At some point of time, it makes life easiest. Digital India is one of the strongest or powerful actions towards the development of our country this concept brings India back in the competition with other countries having latest technologies. Like Indian humanoid robot ("Rashmi") this is the first humanoid.
Robot of India. This shows that our country is also having the latest technologies. As we know every concept have some advantages and disadvantages.
Advantages:
1. Digital India helps to improve the logical thinking of the people.
2. Ease of doing work.
3. Through digital India, each and every person will get education.
4. Exploring is the bigest advantage.
5. Through this each and every person share their point of view related to any particular topic.
6. The concepts like AI, machine learning, Data science, Big data will lead to more employment in our country.
Disadvantages:-.
1. Obviously hacking is the biggest limitation no doubt privacy and safety are avialable but that are not that much suffiecient to secure our information.
2. Dark web or Deep web is also the major limitation where all the illegal work is done. Google only provides us with the only 1% of information and the rest 99% are dark and deep web.
3. Various harmful viruses like trozan and many more through these viruses cybercrime is leading or increasing in our country.
No doubt digital India make India a developed country but on the other side, there are various limitations of this if we want to overcome these limitations we have to updated with the latest technologies. And every person will have to start exploring so that each and every person will have to know the positive as well as a negative effect of these technologies.
Thank you.

With the concept of digital India, India has put a step forward for the growth of its citizen in different sectors.
Digital India includes proving ICT tools like desktop laptops mobile phones printers, internet access as well as understandable platforms, to every Indian citizen.
E-Services like E-police, E-court, E post office save us from standing in long queues. Online platforms for different government schemes help us to get connected with the government. Online courses under MOOC help students in distance learning, Biometric attendance system in offices helps to detect absenteeism of an employee.
Digitization help us to know our money transfer within seconds this also creates a backup date for future reference and also it avoids middlemen involvement thus reduces fraud and corruption.
All the above-stated benefits are helping Indian citizen and the Indian government.
Apart from this most of the urban population are making good use of digital platform not only in their businesses but also to ease their life like booking train, bus, movie tickets, online food ordering, and many more but still its not the100% population because still many of the urban population do not have a good knowledge of different online services.
Also at present, 90% of the rural population does not have internet access, 70% of them are digitally illiterate, 70% does not have ICT tools like smartphone or desktop.
The Indian government has started programs like NDLM for digital literacy and had set up a target to provide internet access to all 6.5 lakh villages of India by 2022.
So, an Indian citizen whether in rural or in Urban India who has availability of ICT tool at an affordable price, easy access of internet and understanding of service platform is benefited by DIGITAL INDIA.
