Yes, it is a fundamental responsibility of an Indian Citizen. Actually, I want to say one more thing, it is often seen in many people that they do not clean themselves, but rather blame the government for the mess. In those eyes, the government will come city and clean it? When Indian consider India as their home, can they not clean India like their home? Most people think that by lifting the garbage and throwing them in their inferiority complex, which is very wrong. We need to change this thinking.
"This India is our country,
It is like our house, as We clean our house,
Likewise, We have to clean the mess from our India".

Hi I am Manju,
I want to share my views about this topic good everyone should be clean from their hearts and mind. First clean your mind by saying that I should hurt others by words nest by action you should not hurt others this way if we motivate others we won't cut trees which will save us from pollution.
First clean yourself, your home, your street, your neighborhood, and each one should tell next three members how should we keep our motherland clean. Next three it will go on like that. One day I am sure we see our Mother India clean. Today take a pledge we will clean ourselves and tell others how to be clean.

No matter how much we blame the government, at the end of the day, it is us, the people of India who are going to suffer from the state of the country. Keeping the country clean is not just having spotless streets. There are a lot of other important factors. As a citizen of India, we must pledge to NOT litter the streets, keep our localities clean [not following this step has killed millions], use and maintain clean toilets [most Indians of slums and rural India don't follow this].
Educating the lower class is also needed. This whole process will take a lot of effort but to bring a change this is what must be done.

We-can-do-a-little-things.
1. Organise-different-awareness-programmes-for-cleanliness&sanitation.
2. Construction-of-toilets-in-schools-&public-places.
3. Programmes-to-eliminate-defecation.
4. Solid&liquid-management.
5. Throw away the garbage only in the bins. Do not dump them inside the home, or outside the home in the streets. Garbage is the most suitable place for breeding various annoying bugs.
6. To maintain hygiene at home, you must also clean yourself. Germs can enter your home by various means, and you may be the carrier of germs. So maintaining personal hygiene is also necessary.
Thank you.

Yes, it is very true guys. Everybody wants to live in cleanliness but nobody wants to clean. It is the duty of every human being on this earth. Most of the diseases have been spreading just because of dirtiness. Pollution is increasing. It is not the thing that we can force other to make clean. Cleanliness comes from self-involvement. It is we who can earth dirt free. Each and every person have to take it as a challenge. It will automatically dirt free and we don't need to start any campaign related to it. The only thing that we need to educate the people that's why they can take responsibility for it. Thankyou.

According to me, we are living in a democratic country we have the right to speak, right to freedom, right to get food but as Indian citizenship we have to take some responsibility. Cleanliness is one of our prime responsibility. We have to clean our area. Charity begins at home if we clean our own territory and everybody takes the initiative then one day we will get success our area will be cleaned. Clean everything it looks good, if you clean yourself you will look good as well you clean your area it will be very beautiful. So as a human being Indian citizenship we everybody has to take responsibility.

According to my opinion, cleanliness is just not considered as a responsibility it needs to be considered as our daily routine work which we did every day and should be added in our life as our necessary part of life. To inculcate this habit we have to think not for own selves it also includes our surroundings, our neighbours and each and every person and convey them that cleanliness can provide us with a healthy life, a clean environment and a safe future. So we should take this initiative as ahead as our coming generations also follow and acquire this as an essential habit of their life.

Hey guys this is me Swarali!
"Cleanliness is next to godliness". This is a common saying which we have kept hearing from when we were small, but I hardly see anyone following it! as responsible citizens we must strive to keep our surroundings clean. It is our duty and responsibility to not litter our beautiful India! Cleanliness also teaches us to be disciplined and organised.
So hope you youngsters think about it a little and spread the message to keep India clean! The best place to start is in your own homes. You can become an example for many other people!
Thank you!

In order to lead a healthy and hygienic life cleanliness is one the most important aspects that should be inculcated in our daily life. We should motivate ourself to cleanliness in order to radiate it to our sorroundings as it is the need of the hour. Most of the diseases in India are causes of our dirty and unhygienic sorroundings. The government has taken a good initiative through swach bharat abhiyan. But most importantly it should motivate the citizens to follow a cleanliness routine. Or we can say that cleanliness should be fundamental responsibility of every citizen.
