Cleanliness is a Fundamental Responsibility of an Indian Citizen

Many friends in this GD suggested that to clean India, first step is to clean our home as if we clean our home then our society will automatically clean, but how. Suppose we clean our home collect all debris and through all these debris to outside with out thinking its proper disposal.

Secondly cleanness does not mean just to clean all solid wastes or wastes products, it means to clean our society from Pollution such as air pollution, water pollution, earth (soil) pollution, to save our earth from global warming or ice melting.

So we should give focus on plantation and one of the most important "How to reuse waste product".

If we keep India clean not only our family many people and their family can be saved. Many diseases can be stopped as many types of pollution like air pollution, water pollution, land pollution, noise pollution. These pollution is causing diseases like asthma, lung cancer etc.

Many slogans are given by the people but do they do it. Many thoughts are given, but do they do it. Our father of nation, Mahatma Gandhiji's and our PM Narendra modi was and is to have a clean India, so let them promise neat India, clean India.

It is rightly said that charity begins at home so one should first clean their house and by doing that he can contribute a lot towards cleaning the entire nation.

I think if we want to make our country clean firstly we have to clean our home when we clean our home the whole society will be clean automatically when society is clean it means village is clean when village is clean then city is clean when cities are clean then our country is clean.

I am Chandni from Uttrakhand. Actually I want to ask a question from you people that if you can't keep your home clean than how can you keep your environment and surrounding clean? I am strongly against of this as people normally say that they respect nature but at last what they do, they themselves illegally throw garbage in front of neighbor's house.

We cannot say that govt is not cooperative to the people as they provide us many dustbins, and also organised some organisations, it depends upon our use of it.

Clean India was the dream of Mahatma Gandhi but the quantity of garbage tells us how much we could complete the dream of our nation father. In the modern era where most of the persons are educated, they know the importance of cleanliness and they also know it is a responsibility of everyone but in reality they have no time to think all of these things.

Persons are so busy in their life that they don't take any necessary steps to overcome this. Its our habit to blame others but in actually changes happen when real work is done not just by dreaming or thinking so not just by advertising this problem can be solved. Its our problem so we have to take steps for removing it.

According to my opinion I think 'Cleanliness next to Godliness'. Being clean and tidy is important. Our planet is known as green planet. So, we should clean and protect our environment.

According to me I think "Cleanliness is Next to Godliness" Actually what does this proverb mean? We know how much importance is given to godliness in our day to day life, so just after godliness, cleanliness should be given the priority. Cleanliness can be personal hygiene, environmental etc. Personal hygiene can be achieved by the effort of an individual alone, but community or environmental hygiene can only be achieved by collective effort.

Government should take strict measures to achieve this. We should make people aware of the importance of cleanliness and thus help in the progress of our nation THE significance of cleanliness and hygiene cannot be overlooked by any society. Every faith and civilization stresses the importance of cleanliness.

Historically, cleanliness has been considered one of the important factors by which to judge a civilization's or society's development.
