Slogans are used by internet campaigns that advocate a boycott of Chinese-made products. Commonly cited a reason for the boycott includes the perceived low quality of products, territorial conflicts involving China, and support for separatist movements within China.
Some group of people recently tried to start a nationwide movement of banning Chinese product in social media. They portrayed this movement as a symbol of nationalism and patriotism. Some of our leaders and so-called political person also supported them. According to them, by not purchasing daily-use Chinese products, we can hamper their economy. They believe that china is using our money to support Pakistan and trying to indulge India in proxy war.
No Indian government can ban the import of Chinese goods as this will be flouting the norms of world trade organisation. The govt at best can impose anti-dumping duty on specific Chinese goods, which churns significant amount of revenue for it. In the age of globalization and cut-throat competition, the basic yardstick to get quality product. Besides, we must accept the facts that China is not the only county that support Pakistan. Moreover, china is our major partner not only in trade but also in international relations. We are working together on various platforms like BRICS, ADB, UN.
As for the trade relations existing between these two counties, every year China exports more than $60 bn of goods and services while India exports $11bn.
Today China imports only 0. 8 percent of its total imports from India while India imports 12.4 per cent of its total imports from China. Similarly, China exports only 2.3% of its total exports to India while India exports 4. 3% of its total exports to china. These figures can easily explain who is dominating side so by banning them or not using their product, we will hamper our economy more than their economy. Extremism is never good, be it of any side.
However, the campaign does have some positive aspects. Like in case of decorative items for festivals Diwali, Holi, we can buy locally produced items along with these Chinese LEDS. By this, we can give little sum of money to native people and appreciate their skills. It will definitely boost their morale and they will tend to produce more quality products in near future. The motto of this campaign should be"A step towards economic sovereignty" rather than being"anti-China":.

You all know it very well that Indian goods are good than Chinese goods. If we talk about the age then also the age of our Indian goods will be high than the Chinese goods. Our Indian goods can not be mixable, but the Chinese goods can be mixable. So our Indian goods are good than the Chinese goods. You know now these days china is making a fool of us. China gives us the temporary goods from their side. And a lot of people accept this. You know that goods went from India to China and gives the same item back to us and made in china.

There are various types of products existing in Indian market. Everyone is talking about Chinese product but there are also various countries product which we are using very vastly and may affect the economic growth of our country. Indian goods have good quality but they are costly as compare to Chinese product. Chinese products provide variety as well as introduce new function as they have new technologies.
If we talk about Indian economy it must be increases but we have to support only that product which really have good qualities. Othrwise for a particular time it is good for economic growth but as the time passes it will affect the growth of Indian economy.

Hi friends, being an Indian I will always support our national goods.
But the matter is that we can easily purchase the China products because of low cost and most available in our market. The reason behind that though china is a manufacturing hub country people in china are very poor than India and as a highest populated country people in china have much interest making daily use items. They are also connected with many supplier companies who have the authority to export the items in abroad. So the interest for manufacturing these items among every people is very high in china. This is also a reason for a uncertified product which is manufactured with no guaranty. Now in India china is famous for damage items manufacturer country. Although we like china products very much but in our mind, a line is always coming that 'yeh to china item hay'. Every people like to get the latest model of items. Like holy items, Diwali items, toys, electronic items etc.
In India, we have also such similar product for celebrating our festivals. Indian company are also manufacturing those items but the availability in a low rate and designed items from china is higher in our country.
However an Indian if use Indian manufacturer items he always thinks that it will be long lasting. Now we are litle-bit behind in the competition with china products. But after FDI installation in full speed, out products will be the most attractive. We are developing country so we have to wait for the few years more to get the market. Till then the only thing required among Indian is patriotism. Thanks.

Hello everyone,
I think and I believe Indian goods are much better than a Chinese product. In quality and durability Indian product much much better than Chinese.
But now our Indian market is maximum cover by Chinese product only because of its low price. And Chinese product getup is really beautiful. And they give a great attention in good packaging. So the product looks attractive.
So when a middle-class customer going to buy the product they buy Chinese product because of its low pricing. Where for the same product of Indian goods price is high.
The reason is the hicking price of Indian goods are we Indian loss so many materials for producing. Then the transportation price is too much in India.

I would like to say that if we want that everyone should boycott Chinese product then we should have some Indian products which have cheap prices as of Chinese products, because Chinese products are cheaper and most of the population in our country belongs to middle class which prefers to buy cheaper products and thats why they buy Chinese products instead of Indian products, we should also provide knowledge to people about quality difference between Chinese and Indian products thus, people will attract towards buying products with better quality which is provided by India and government should also reduce tax on Indian goods which leads to increase in selling of Indian products Indian market and this will benefit our market and economy.

Hi friends,
I would like to say that Indian goods are better than China's goods but the price of Indian products price is more than Chinese products. As compared to India, China has a huge amount of natural materials. Example our steel production China produce more than India because China has a good quality of coke. Due to this China sell their products at low cost.

Hello everyone.
I wish to give my voice in support of Indian goods. Because Indian goods are safe to use comparing to Chinese goods. For example, consider a smartphone which is a part of our daily life one can get more and more features in Chinese mobiles but what is the use of them while they are emitting lots of radiation and creating health problem?one can compromise on cost but one must not compromise on health.
Of course, Chinese version of every Indian product is available at cheaper costs but only after compromising quality. Moreover, Indians should encourage and support Indian goods because of we, the Indians are responsible for our own growth.
In addition to this, we have stringent rules in determining the quality of a particular product especially coming to food products. Indian govt will ban a particular product immediately after the govt is aware of it. To support this, consider maggie, whereas Chinese govt won't have any such type of banning.
Also these days, we have come across in news about plastic rice of china. So I suggest at least don't buy those goods which are hazardous for our own health.

Hello everyone,
Chinese goods are very popular in our country due to the low cost of their products, which makes their products suitable for any working class of our country. But the quality of the products is far less than our Indian products. Indian products provide better quality for a relatively higher price. We need to work in the direction to compete with the Chinese products in terms of providing better products for a relatively lower price.
We also need to encourage people to buy Indian product like.
Soaps: Himalaya, Cintol, Chandrika.
Toothpaste: Dabur products, Vico Vajra Danti, Meswak, neem.
Shaving cream: Godrej, park Avenue.
Shampoo: Himalaya, Ayur herbal.
Washing power: Tata sudh, Nirma, ujala. Etc. ,
As it will increase our economy and fasten our pace to become a developed country.

This situation is faced due to not healthy relation with India and China, I know Chinese products are cheap and easily available and it is difficult for people to shift to Indian products which is not easily attainable and costly as compare to Chinese but we have to prohibit these products in sake of our country as the money which we are giving in exchange to these products are used as a weapon to destroy us.
Our ancestors have done the same by boycotting British products result to massive loss of Britishers and it was one of the reasons why they back off.
Our present PM also started MAKE IN INDIA program so that other countries come in India and make their products so that our countries money should remain in our country.
