Capital Punishment should be Banned or Allowed?

My opinion is that capital-punishment should not be banned because in today's date criminal cases are increasing day by day though the presence of capital punishment. If it is banned then the criminals in our country will roam freely thinking that whatever they will do, they will be not punished and the criminal cases will also get increased at a high rate.

So it's better that the capital punishment is not banned because still there are many people in our country who get feared of this punishment and think twice before doing it.

Today's topic : Capital punishment should be avoided.

In my point of view, we should give preference to life imprisonment instead of capital punishment.

We should give a chance to all criminals to change their behaviour and mind thinking. If capital punishment gives to criminals. Then there will be no chance to change their behaviour and human no right to kill anyone.

As we all know, no one is born a criminal. They become criminals due to some circumstances.

So at last, I would like to say that capital punishment should be avoided.

Capital punishment is dead penalty (like hanging, crucifying etc). In my opinion, it should be banned. Because criminal do crimes and that they torture victims for hours then they get capital punishment (hang to death) which last for a minute or more which does not made them to repent which may cause another criminal to be rise, because of this. So to avoid than we can make them to be in life sentenced they will have time to repent and may be a new life. As we are human have No rights to take a life as we can't give a life to death. So it should be banned.

In my opinion, the death penalty has been given importance in judiciary system after analysing the severity of crime like murder and brutal acts. So there is more public good is involved in it and it shouldn't be banned. Second thing is that If death penalty won't be present then what will happen?

Definitely, it will give an appreciation for doing crime and crimes will increase as there is not any hard punishment.

The Only thing before giving death penalty is that court should judge the gravity of the crime and proper evidence regarding a crime.

Studies have proven that capital punishment isn't an effective deterrent from crime.

Punishment should be more severe and painful for serious crimes; for examples,

If a person rapes somebody, he should be castigated with a hot iron rod mark on a visible body part (face/hand) so that in the future nobody trusts them because they can see the mark. All this should be done publicly.

I know that the punishment is very violent. And yet those who might oppose this view may have a subconscious thought that they might end up raping somebody.

It should obviously be abolished. It's an inhuman act. When we can't give life to anyone, we don't have any right to snatch it. Capital punishment is not the only solution because it doesn't give chance to realise the mistakes. The need of the hour is to make people responsible for better nation and initiate them to involve themselves in hurtful acts. Instead this the victim should be given chance to take his revenge from the criminal but not as a mean of death.

Capital punishment should abolish.

Unless lives of others will flourish.

CAPITAL PUNISHMENT should not be banned!

If someone has the right to take innocent people's life then the law that rules for people's welfare will have the right to punish when it offends its people. It is a fear factor which makes make them think twice before the decisions.

It is like saying people can do crimes, harm others for their benefits, takes rest in jail, and comes later few years out from prison and enjoy? or do things again?

If something is making good to other peoples then it is not bad to a thing like this (cp)!

It should be banned because in my view its a small punishment for those criminals or are murderer and rapist. Because they can't realise every time their mistake. Punishment should be like for them what kills them all the time and gives pain them. Like on the open road among all the people they should be beaten by the hunter until he died.

Because in the place of capital punishment is not a good idea lifetime imprisonment because we can't risk for another crime that criminal would escape by power and again commit a crime again.

I think that the capital punishment should be allowed because there are many criminals who commit the crimes without having fear of punishment. They also think that they have political power so they can do whatever they want that's why crime rate is very high nowadays. So, the government should take proper step to stop this criminal activity and the government can stop this by allowing capital punishment. If capital punishment is banned then criminal repeats their crime which will be very bad for our society.

What is the porpose of giving punishment to someone?

Punishment is given so that a person can realize his fault and can regret that. So of if we allow this and snatches the life of someone, the very purpose of punishment undermines somewhere. It is not a mark of civilization. I wanna let you know that violence is violence whether it is done legally or illegally. Well the most important, since life is the property of God not of a man so the exclusive right to terminate it itself lies in the will of God, not on us.
