I think so capital punishment should be given in Indian context because its very necessary for those criminals who think that they can do crime freely and no one says or told anything to him and even not judiciary also see every crime his its a different level so we have to make a fear of punishment in their minds and according to theirs crimes judiciary take any action against to them.

Capital Punishment saves fund and environment from being exploited and gives a hope to the victim's family.
The probability of the occurrence of the crime would reduce due to the severity of the punishment.

If the absence of adequate data on the subject, taking into consideration all cases, background of these soldiers, their known problems, age group, marital status, financial state, details of their past ten years tenures, detection of signs of depression and methods employed for the purpose and once signs of depression are observed, steps taken to seek expert help etc, no worthwhile examination of the problem is feasible.

Capital punishment must not be banned because it is only one right to punish the criminals and make a fear of them.

Capital punishment should not banned as the criminal gets another chance to do the same cruelty against other people.

In my opinion, the capital punishment should not be abolished because it is necessary to kill the problem by its root. Moreover, it's not the extremity or severity of punishment but its the uniformity of punishment for every individual irrespective of being a celebrity, politician or so-called VIP. No one should be spared whosoever found guilty.

It should be given so that person can realise his/her mistake. If he/she will get strict punishment only then they will understand the problem.

Hello everyone!
This is Sonu.
In my point of view, Capital Punishment should not be banned. If we banned in India crime rate increases day by day. Recently Saudi Arabia decided that they did not give death punishment.
According to article 72, if president wants, he could forgive anyone with deta punishment.

Hello!
Today our topic is whether capital punishment should be legal or not.
I definitely side with capital punishment as a legal method of punishing someone who has committed a crime.
First off - a very common point said by the majority of us is if there is no serious punishment, (like capital punishment) for a heinous crime people will definitely take the law for GRANTED.
The "oh! Let's just murder this person and get going with life " kinda attitude will soon form and murder or rape will not be considered a serious crime in the near future.
Second - I feel life imprisonment is kind of an okayish punishment, because why are we wasting our money on feeding a criminal, a person who actually should be dead?

Hey guys Ankit here.
A/C to me I think that a rapist shouldn't be hanged because in our constitution every man have the right to live his life. If one should be hanged in the rape case we must have to find that what's the condition in doing that he may be illiterate or he was provoked by others to do that and every one get the chance to improve himself.
