Capital Punishment should be Banned or Allowed?

NOT be abolished because it is the evidence of safe living and crimeless society.

Capital punishment should be banned but instead of that more worse punishment should be given (they should be torchard and given life imprisonment) and criminals should be used for benefits like they should be used to lure other criminals they should be used to make hand made things in prison only for their whole life time and they should be torchard and should not be spared their whole lifetime. Only exception are those who done small stealing.

According to me, the death penalty is not appropriate because life is precious, we need to forgive them by anyhow being human we need to love each other.

In my point of view, Capital punishment should not be banned.

As we all know, criminals who are rapist or murderer do not take life impressment seriously. They consider jail a safe house due to some corrupt officials as they provide them with all facilities.

So at last, I would like to say that capital punishment is the right offence.

According to me capital punishment is must in our country because the person who rapes who murder are the person who don't follow the fundamental.

Rights of our country if we give them severe punishment then they will free after some years and they try to take the revenge which leads against rape and murder and also terrorist who get caught in our country. If our country don't give them capital punishment then they will thought easy. So as per my opinion capital punishment must be there in our country.

This is a confusing question for me. I'm in favor of CP but then, there is one question that boggles me all the time. We all know that criminals commit a crime only when their mind is unsound and are anxious and not in a right state of mind. They do know it's wrong. But they can't control their emotions. Certainly, they must be having a fear of death but if they overcome it, it surely means their will to kill is greater than the fear of death. So How does killing criminals work to reduce crimes?

According to my opinion, It should be there in a rape case and in terrorist activities. These type of people should be hanged till death in public place incase of jails.

The use of capital punishment is one of the best ways for a civilised society to make sure that it remains civilised long term.

In my opinion, the death penalty has been given importance in judiciary system after analysing the severity of crime like murder and brutal acts. So there is more public good is involved in it and it shouldn't be banned. Second thing is that If death penalty won't be present then what will happen?

Definitely, it will give an appreciation for doing crime and crimes will increase as there is not any hard punishment.

The Only thing before giving death penalty is that court should judge the gravity of the crime and proper evidence regarding a crime.

In my opinion, capital punishment should be allowed. Presently even when capital punishment is still a valid punishment, the crime rate increasing day by day. And if it is abolished then it will be an encouragement to criminals. A rapist or a heinous criminal must be awarded the death penalty,

But in some cases, as we all know that our judicial system is not transparent. It depends upon the witnesses only and that may be false or fake. I also agree that the abolition of capital punishment will not help anyone.

So to conclude capital punishment should be awarded only after fully investigated the case.
