Capital Punishment should be Banned or Allowed?

Hi friends, CP should be banned because I think criminal attack have been influence that time. Indian government should be stick action against criminals. If we want that crime have destroyed from India. Today crime on top in India. We Will Change over administration.

Punishment should only be at the most equal to crime done. It must never be excessive to crime done. So only the crime involving murder there can be capital punishment and for none others. As death is most feared thing for most of the human beings. It should not be for other crimes like dacoity, abduction, rape or child rape etc. As these are not equal to murder. Even if we apply the formula an eye for eye than murder can be for murder only.

I think it can be allowed because of the cuantity of money that cost a prisioner.

There are a lot of ethical dilemmas involved in capital punishment. In most of the cases, death penalty can be avoided. Life imprisonment is the best alternative for the capital punishment. By imposing life imprisonment, we can reform the person. Even if he is not.

Reformed, life imprisonment can act as a severe punishment and also as a deterrent.

However, the criminals, who do heinous crimes and are incapable of being reformed must be given death penalty, because they don't deserve to live, not even in prison.

Because being a democratic country like India, everyone have the right to live, therefore Capital Punishment is not fully applicable. But, if Capital Punishment is often applicable also, the criminal will kill the victim. For Eg. A rapist will kill a girl because he know if he let the girl live he will be sentence to death.

Abolition and promotion of Capital punishment is already a controversial in the first ground. How about leaving the decision to the victim or victim's family whether to let the person live or not, or harm the reproductive organ, if in the rape case?

No, It should not be banned because it creates fear among the criminals.

In my opinion, capital punishment should not.

Be banned nowadays in our society crime rate increasing day by day it is a way to reduce crime in our society such people who are rapist terrorist and Eve teaser in these people should be given capital punishment. Capital punishment is a legal punishment it means the death penalty.

In point of my view, the capital punishment should not be banned because it's punishment whose people give who did rape, murder etc and we all know these crimes conclude a valid reason so we can't be ignored it. We also know that many cases in India are going on so it should not be banned.

I want to say that, fear is a things which make everyone follow the rule and regulation of any country. If one has done a crime and is subjected to capital punishment, then he has too pay for what he has done.

Excusing any person will in some way boost the crime. In modern era when people are more materialistic and are not interested in spiritual studies, are losing all sense of what to do and what not to do. Thy don't have any clear goal of life. That's they do what they think is good for them.

So Government should help bonafide spiritual leaders to educate people in mass about spirituality and to act in harmonizing way in nature.

Only giving capital punishment and not taking any realistic approach to stop crimes will lead to nowhere and only increase in crime, riots etc. So please guide and take care of each and every section of this country so that they lead meaningful and happy life.
