Brain-Drain has to be stopped

Thank you for giving me an opportunity to share my thoughts on Brain-drain has to be stopped.

First of all, why does brain-drain happen? Because of lack opportunities and yes, reservations (caste system).

Every individual is seeking a better opportunity to grow himself as well as money, and due to lack of resources in India, they find a similar opportunity in some other country.

India is a country of billion people but one must say the country of billion opportunities (but that must be created by youth). Also, govt should give equal opportunities to deserving students and as an Indian everyone's focus must be to grow on country's value, then only it will be possible.

My name is Archana, and yes according to my opinion, brain drain can possibly be converted into development for not just an individual concern but also in the interest of our country if one after having proper experience in the field where more resources are an available return to his country. And by this one can contribute more for his country. And yes talking about our governments move it need to be considered that there should be abundant of opportunities available.

Brain drain is very serious problem. The skilled people migrating from our country in the search of better opportunity. They get educated in their country and serve another country. That is the reason India be a developing country. They think in developed country they get good opportunity and also good money that is totally correct I agree with this but why not we make our country that much capable or developed by serving our own country because we know lot of scientist, doctors, engineers in foreign are Indians. So we are capable to make our country developed and for this brain drain must be stopped.

Actually, this topic is very sensitive a person who belongs from normal family background and he had good knowledge at any felid and he know other companies give him an attractive amount of salary anyhow this time everyone person wants good salary at the point of life you need sustainability in your life that is why the youth is ready to go outside of their country and this is a big failure of us if we get all the resources in our country along with the respect of our work on that time India will become in a developed country and we all have to give a great contribute to make our India a developed country.

Brain drain is a very serious problem we are facing. Because of brain drain, India is still remaining as a developing country; Indians must utilizes their knowledge and skills for India to make our India as a developed country.

Hello friends, first of all, I want to define brain drain, it means settling in the foreign country of skilled people. According to the UNESCO report India has second in the brain drain. 85%doctor and engineer went to another country.

There are many reasons for the brain drain.

(1) lack of opportunity.
(2) lack of facilities for practical education in higher education in their own country.
(3) reservation is a major problem in India.
(4) politics involved in each and every phase.

To stop the brain drain, India should give skilled and technically people the status which they deserve.

First of all, I would like to pay attention on the topic Brain-Drain.

Nowadays many Multitalanted people & well skilled person are going other country from our country because of the lack of many facilities, lack of many opportunities in their own country.

Many countries are attracted by giving a good salary & many opportunities.

There are many reasons for this but Indian political leaders are not effected this problem because they only make money for own future not for others. They are selfish to think only for ourselves.

It's my pleasure to give some lines on today topic that is given to us Brian drain.

Brian drain means emigration of highly skilled and multi-talented people to other countries.

As we know there are many evils in our society brain drain is one of them there is much reason of it.

1. Lack of job opportunities - as we know that India is 2nd most populated country in the world but no recruitment is very less.

2. Reservation-because of reservation many underserved people got the job due to quota.

3. Corruption-nepotism - many powerful people give bribe to get a job without any effort it is not good for the development of our country.

4. Lack of salary.

5. Women are not safe.

The 6-Brian drain is global issue India is not the exception but our country do many efforts to stop this like make in India and privatization.

7. If we are able to stop the Brian drain then it our country a developed country.

Good morning to all of you, I want to enlighted that point so Indians are more to more creative and hardworking in every field they have an emerging skill and a good adjustment nature but the problem is not in Indian people the core problem is within India there lots of lacking nature due to which people showing their creativity skills and any extraordinary nature in outside because for maintaining and sustaining in our life the most basic thing required that is money so Indians can not get that much amount of money according to their particular skills so they bound to move outside of India for only money so core problem need to be solve otherwise one-day Indians only along with illiterate people.
