Children's are made to study their lessons continuously so they get good marks but this make students bookworm with no social abilities.

Yes friends! Its a obvious phenomenon that going on and on doing work 24X7 will drive a person to feel depressed and agitated. A person will be mentally disturbed if he is not allowed to relax. This situation goes right to all walks of life from school going kids to working people. Both work and play must go in balanced proportion to achieve what we want in ease. So its always "A SOUND MIND IN A SOUND BODY". :) In my opinion absolutely all work and no play makes a person dull. Because of restless work our mind will feel some stress. So to overcome this situation we have to play for some time. Then only we feel relief, otherwise it makes us dull and dim.

All work and no play makes jack a dull boy means that games are extremely important in today's generation as the children have goal of the studies they also have the goal of playing games. This playing help the body and mind healthy. We all have some work but for sometime we should in that time by doing this our mind will be refresh. Only education is not important for child. Education is important for child.

Working too hard and taking no time to have fun is bad for you. It is not good to work all the time. Everybody needs a certain amount of recreation. One must find balance between work and play. We should make at least some time for playing as well. If you work hard all the time and concentrate soulfully on work and leave no time for yourself to have fun then you become dull and boring. "All work and no play makes JACK a dull boy" is used to encourage people to have some fun in their lives. This proverb is to warn someone that they will not be an interesting person by working all the time.

It is true that always doing all works jack become a dull boy not only studying or doing work instead of this we should also have to play or doing exercise to refresh our mind.

Yes! on one side all-time work makes a person dull. Boring. Dragging. Stressful.

On the other hand work matters. In the sense if you enjoy the work you are doing. You no longer become dull!

Of course, leisure is as important as work. A couple of moments of rest can make the day happy. Without rest, we may suffer hypertension. So, friends, I suggest managing your work with rest.

If you truly love the work you are doing, then you will surely get peace of mind, happiness and freshness that you get from playing.
